What i meant is that in addition to cash we can include a young defender because they just lost one or a good attack that would act as a good backup,u know to sweaten the deal only without giving out our main cards. Their financial situation isnt good weather they are second or not and good players could smooth transfers and keep them competitive without them persuing new players with huge wages and transfer fees!!

Emerson should be our primary target. what position we have over crowding? Attack.. Don't forget that Capello has said he like Cruz. But after Facchetti confirming Cruz's future at inter, maybe it's Bobo..

Don't make me remember that. I think the decision to keep CZ was one hell of a blunder by Inter. Perhaps it was affected by the fact that Nesta had a sub-par 01/02 season whereas CZ had a good one. But we know what happened to both players after that. :depress: A perfect example that form is temporary but class is permanent.

Inter midfielder Cristiano Zanetti has confirmed that he has no desire to join former club Roma.

The Italian has been linked with a switch to the Giallorossi but he wants to stay at the San Siro.

"I consider myself to be an Inter player and I want to remain with the Nerazzurri," said the 27-year-old.

"I’m sure that the President will do everything in his power to make us even more competitive next season."

Transfer whispers had claimed that the international may be involved in a move which could see Emerson join Inter.

The northern giants are keen on landing the Brazilian and Roma would reportedly accept a cash plus player deal which would include Zanetti.

Olimpico boss Fabio Capello is a massive fan of the former Fiorentina player who publicly criticised the decision to sell Zanetti to Inter in 2001.

Meanwhile, another player who isn’t looking for a transfer over the next few months is Aimo Diana of Sampdoria.

"I’m very happy at Samp and I’ve just had a fantastic season with them," he said. "I’m not even considering a move."

Roma ace Emerson is on the verge of joining Fabio Capello at Juventus, according to his agent.

The Brazilian has been linked with a switch to the northern giants and his representative is confident that he’ll now follow Capello to Turin.

"I still can’t confirm that we have an agreement with the Bianconeri but we are close," Gilmar Veloz is quoted as saying.

"The arrival of Capello at the club as their new Coach is undoubtedly a very important factor for Emerson now."

The former Bayer Leverkusen star will be sold this summer as the capital club risk losing him for nothing next year.

But Roma are keen to sell him to another side rather than strengthen their arch-rivals Juventus. However, Veloz insists the Old Lady are in pole position.

"We’ve spoken to both Real Madrid and Inter in the past," added the midfielder’s representative.

"We’ve been in contact with the Nerazzurri in particular after speaking with Marco Branca on three occasions but without ever reaching an agreement.

"To be honest, I think it will be very difficult to see the situation change from now on."

Whispers circulating around the peninsula today also suggest that Capello has asked his new club to sign Christian Vieri.

The Italian may still leave Inter before the start of the new campaign, especially as Alberto Zaccheroni has been confirmed in his job as Nerazzurri boss.

The two men seemingly don’t have the best relationship after they clashed on numerous occasions in the last few months.

They can't save their club only selling Samuel and Emerson. I don't feel sorry. They(Sensi) have been selfish and stupid and so all the money is gone.. Same things should happen, what happened to Fiorentina if there is any justice in calcio. But I'm afraid that corruption is too powerful..

And Internazionale, that's unfair for Moratti who has always wanted best for inter. He has now stepped aside (I don't like that), but he still funds us. I honestly love him, though he has done mistakes.. And a thought that Moratti would sell club to Roman, makes me sick. :yuck:

Now, whatever happens, we shouldn't sell Vieri to juve. I'd rather sell him to another club and lose few millions than see him joing Liapello at Juve. This is beyond money, it is a matter of principles.
