I think he’s a good RB. He’s just not a natural WB. When his job is to simply stop opposing wingers he’s pretty damn solid. He has locked Theo multiple times. Attacking wise he’s just piss poor with the ball at his feet.

This guy was a mistake in the beginning with Inter, then he got a whole lot better and I thought ok he'll be fine. This year it appears he's regressed, in my mind, so now selling him is an option but for whom? Bellanova split the scene, Darmian sometimes, not Dumbo pls.
Inter will then need 2 RBs, along with a midfielder, a CB, maybe 2 goalkeepers, 2 forwards with little or no money to spend. Even if somebody offers 25M for him, that means only 5M into transfer coffers and that's being optimistic.

It’s a shame that Dumfries didn’t have a good final. It was such a great opportunity to put him in the shop window. Hell even if just had an average game. Instead I’ve seen numerous pundits and people on social media talking about how indecisive he was especially on that great ball from Dimarco. Such a shame.

I'm so sad we didn't have a deal made in January that he is sold to United in July. How many attacks will he fuck up himself? Fun fun fun.

So now it's probably gonna be Darmian and Dumfries alternating between them. Easily one of our attacking weaknesses in our squad.

Just 1 goal in Serie A last season as a starting wingback is really poor. Maybe the World Cup and transfer rumours affected him a bit, but hoping to see something more offensively from him. Defensively he's actually improved this season imo.

I wouldn't call Dumfries a defensive WB. He's just a decent defender in tight spaces or as a block in the box.

He's far more offensive than defensive and that's the worrying thing. His talent is limited and always was, but he can make some useful runs that can help the team in transition. He's bad with the ball as well and gets confused and indecisive but there are still times where he can be useful and I think he doesn't care if it's a big or minor game, he'll do his thing. Sometimes frustrating, sometimes good enough.

don't you think as RCB nowadays u need a player with great decision making since opposing player will try to press u more? Dumfries is not good in decision making. hell, he always take his time when taking throw in.

He never played as a cb for PSV or Sparta?

If a suitable offer for this guy comes along we have to sell him asap. He is probably the easiest player to replace we have.
