Moved back. Reason it was in the wrong section was because inter.it moved him and some other youngsters into the main squad and then later removed them. We forgot to move this thread back to the youth section.

I hope we'll see Alibec in any match with the first team.. the guy is scoring in almost every match of primavera.. I think he deserves to get any chance with first team, I think he might be another Balotelli (but of course we cannot compare them now), simply he has quality.

This year he must absolutely be loaned. He learned what he had to learn with primavera and he has to begin to understand what real football is and there is no better place than serie b for this.

We have a chance to make him a home-grown player. I really doubt we will loan him out....at least I hope we don't.

I hope we won't loan him out anywhere.. he was great in almost every primavera's match, and also scored in almost every match.. he is crucial player for primavera and the most important he scored twice against Bayern.

I would give him any chance with our first team, he deserves it (I think).

But Destro more deserve it than Alibec and I think Destro should be our 5th striker next year. I won't have a problem if Alibec will get some chances, but Destro need them first.

But Destro is already home grown, so even if he goes out on loan now, he can come back in the future and count as a home grown player for us in Champions League. If Alibec leaves now, we will miss out on using him as a home grown player...

For me, More important the level of the players than the fact that they home-grown. yes, it's very important but it's not need to hurt in Destro's progression.

Alibec can play more year in the primavera.

I wasn't arguing that Alibec deserves a spot in the first team more than Destro. All I said was it would be smarter for us in the long run to keep Alibec in our squad...

The problem is that we have to think if it's more important to have alibec a home grown player or to make him a better player earlier.
He is 19 years old and will be 20 in jaunary . He is not so young anymore and in my opinion he doesn't have what to learn when playing with u-18 players , at least not so much than when playing in serie b.
I think we shouldn't worry so much about the HG players. We already have in our team santon , mario , khrin , biabiany , pandev and coutinho in the upcoming years. So we already have 6 players HG for the future and if we buy bonuci and that brazilian RB we can add 2 more so we are okay (also you can take in consideration that in the 25-players squad list there are always some primavera and we need only 4 HG)

P.S Also although i think alibec is a good player , i see his future more as a piece of a transfer deal (such as aquafresca) than as a future inter player.

Pandev isn't a home grown player. The new Brazilian won't be either, he's already 21 and it doesn't look like we're getting Bonucci. Also I'm not sure if Biabiany is home grown

Yeah , you were right about pandev but biabany is for sure a HG (at least according to Football Manager)

Ya, Biabiany is. He was with us from 2004-2007 before we began loaning him out. We are required to have 4 home-grown players in our 25-man list. So; Santon, Balotelli, Khrin and Biabiany if we do indeed sign him. Still it would be nice to have more options so that we can choose the home-grown players we want in Champions League and not be forced to call up youth players just to fill in the gaps...

My sentiments exactly, players preferred to play with Pandev/Sneijder/Eto'o than trying to pass with him, but the 2 chances he had the ball he did well
