Vieri should be LGI, he might be an ass, but the things he did for us are unquestionable, he was a lethal striker, and one of the best italian players we had in the last 30 years.

Meazza came back and coached the Inter youth team for some time. He also said joining Milan was the biggest mistake of his career. See Bobo coming back to do anything at Inter...

Clearly you missed the point i was making. If we are gonna treat people for how it ended, then moratti cant be lgi either, can he. Its the total contribution that counts, the good and the bad,to be called an inter legend. Vieri would have undoubtedly an inter legend if we secured a serie a win at least. We didnt, and tht is why we look from different perspectives at this.

Bobo did his thing.

In that case, Meazza played for Milan, not LGI worthy.

It's not only Meazza:

Altobelli, Boninsegna and Cevenini went to Jubentus after playing for us. With Meazza this guys are the most successful goal scorers for Inter.

VIeri is LGI material.
Bad ending with us, but his journey with us was something to cherish.

Let me end this debate once and for all.

Vieri is not in the LGI for the same reason a player with better achievements in Ibrahimovic is also not in the LGI, and that same reason why a player like Recoba is in it.

It has never been about quantity (goals, trophies etc..), it is about quality, and I do not mean the quality of the player`s footballing capabilities, it`s about his personality and and respect for the club then comes his achievements.

It`s never about how you started, it`s always about how you ended. And Vieri could have had a good reason to be upset at some particular individuals at Inter, but the things he said and done hurt every Intersita alike.

At Inter, manners and respect should always come first.

We should remove Sneijder from LGI as well. That asshole criticized us quite a lot.
Sneijder had a fall with the previous management, not with the fans or the club in general.

Spying on your own players is a sign of respect? What lying to your own fans?

Sneijder had problems with the management too, but he didnt go on public accusing Inter of mafioso and disrespecting the all club and fans who has always supported him.

We always criticise our own management for their constant failures, but that`s not an excuse to do and say stupid things in public to belittle the all organization.

What do you know about these stuff anyway? dont you have some podcast to run, shu from here now shu.

Meazza played for both Milan & Juventus, so what? Not everyone is a superman like Zanetti.

Coercing someone into signing a worse contract is fairly mafioso. And Sneijder did say things about the management and also taunted the club about not playing in the champions league.

Sneijder was more polite than Vieri dealing with the crap our management done to him, he also gave us a treble and always expressed his love for Inter. I can recall Vieri disrespecting the fans and cursing the club long ago, only recently on his last GDS interview he stated some crap about him respecting Moratti and loving Inter which is quite contradictory to everything he said in the past 10 years. I dont like hypocrites.

I agree with not having him in the LGI, I also agree for the other choices to be left out or the others to be included, there shouldnt be an absolute ultimate logical explanation for these preferences stuff, but the aforementioned reasons should give you a hint on why Inter fans like me might have certain feelings about someone in particular.

I think I understand why you might have some more preferences towards Vieri, wera, I understand that Vieri is a jube fan, which explains a lot :yao:

I remember Vieri was severely whistled during his drop of form in 03/04.

Sneijder left early enough to not go through that, and also he was never spied on, which is an invasion of privacy at a personal level, and is deemed to be illegal in some countries for non government bodies.

So while Sneijder was forced to get a wage reduction, he was never put in this level of hell.

As far as I am concerned, Vieri was a legend on the pitch. What he delivered to us during his years was nothing short of extraordinary.
