disagree,, burdisso doesnt have half a brain of what cafe has been doing down the years... The chiveo game was a one off he will be back.. he did come back from injury if sombody forgot

As I see it, Cafe still has more pace, positional sense and is a better tackler. Burdisso is (now) a better header of the ball and way more skilled at passing. Cafe is not finished yet by a long way but the difference between the two is getting smaller.

Has he also been coming back from injury for the last 2 season?? He has been poor for 2 season not one game. There has been games were he has been excellent but they have been far and between the average and poor games. And he has never been a very smart player. He has relied on speed. He isn't the most tactially gifted out there.

I still like cafe but we have to face facts here he is not the player he was during Cuper's time.
