Panathinaikos requests permission for a new stadiun in 1991...Still nothing. The government does nothing for PAO, and builds very good stadiums in Crete, Thesally etc...

Olympiakos requests permission for a new stadium in 2000. They get it before the Olympic games of 2004... Facking government servants Everyone in Greece knows what Olympiakos is... It's about time Europe finds out...

On a more serious note, the good thing about Olympiakos is that they got rid of Castillo and Rivaldo(last year's Rivaldo was terrible) Galetti is very good, Lua Lua can do the job, and some of their Greek players are very good, like Torosidis, Stoltidis, Patsatzoglou(who was out for 2-3 years injured) and even Djordjevic is still doing well. But their stamina increase is kind of unrealistic

What do people think will happen in the Barcelona group. If you dont know its Rangers v Lyon, and Lyon must win otherwise they will go out. Its the stand out game tonight (apart from our one) and i have no idea whats going to happen but i think it will be a great match. I hate Rangers very much but i kinda want them to get through

all are strong opponents,olimpiakos and shalke are the most accessible...the rest are rather tough,especially liverpool and lyon

Looking out our inter, i really shouldnt mind who we play since they are so strong, but seeing them play a big name team can always make you grasp for air! since it's too unpredictable added with recent history in this tournament makes it scary.

The best draw we could could get is either Schalke/Olympiakos or Celtic, but mostly Celtic. They are very poor in their away games.
Playing against either Arsenal/Liverpool would be a nightmare in these early stages. Lyon are getting better and better too, I'm really impressed with their new stars Benzema and Ben Arfa.
