Im pretty sure they asked him if he would be chivu, either way, when chivu plays good i dont mind him on the left, he's not too offensive so hopefully ranieri will tell him to stay back and let nago, obi, and co do the offensive duties

For him to be excused for being shit offensively he would have to be good in defense. He's not, he's shit defensively, too. Get's raped by every winger in the game.
