If you're referring to Icardi's release clause, he probably has but i guess Marotta wants to avoid any unpleasant surprises no matter how unlikely they look right now.

Meh tbh, comparing to the rage inter fans have shown with other people on our management, we actually been fairly soft on Ausilio..I think his nice nature makes it hard to bash him. At least I always gave him the benefit of the doubt lately that he’s done the best he could do considering the state of our team with FFP and uncertain times.

If they throw a fit Marotta will sell them and tbh you club needs this, for players to k ow they are not bigger than the club. Bonucci threw one fit when he was the best defender in the world (I think the rat still is) and Marotta tossed him to milan, only after licking allegri's boots publicly handing a transfer request back to the club and convincing us he's a humbled man and we got him back.

No one's bigger than the club, your board should let Marotta operate like that.
