No not really tbh - and dont forget that is consistent. FFP amortisaastion, etc, is all done without any regards to payment structure. Liquidity is a separate concern, and not one that I've ever actually seen FIFA/UEFA give a shit aboutWell a CF at face value without consideration of payment structure becomes pretty worthless dont you think? I mean we usually use it to match CF s and to check for short term liquidity, now if we neglect payment structure these two insights from a CF analysis become pretty much useless.
I'm not 100% sure, to be honest. Conceptually, yes, but for example last year we sold people at the tail end of the season and it was still booked as cashflow for 17/18.Also does the footballing season not end before the summer transfer market opens? In that case we would be forced to sell players of that value in this window.
TBH I wouldnt. They probably get some level of inside info, it might even be an official club statement, but they were pretty damn accurate about last year's.I know that this is for FIFA and that FIFA or UEFA have the official documents my point was that there is no way a sports journo has all this info and there is no way a sports journo could make an accurate prediction on our CF without that information. So my point was i would take all these financial infos from gazzetta and co with a grain of salt.
Option probably expires when the season ends, so the price would be renegotiated. If he plays well, they can bump that up - look at what we tried to do with Rafinha and Cancelo (sort of). Also reports of us deciding to already redeem Politano now strongly contradict the notion of us needing to get to a CF neutral point. I mean why would we make an operation now that would give us negative CF if we can postpone it till after the season ended?
Note: i m not sure on the details of calling an option early it might very well be that CF is not affected at all by such a measure, which i find unlikely but it is possible.
I guess my point is CF predictions on Transferes are extremely hard to do especially with very little public information so i would not believe every report out there.
CF is going to be net neutral if you exercise the option now vs 1st of May - you're still spending 20 mil in the same financial year
