We lost to Barca away... not a big deal. The atmosphere on this forum is as if we lost 5-0 to Lecce.

The ref was garbage. I thought he could have called a few more dives on Suarez, one of which ended up being a dangerous free kick. Seemed biased, but maybe i'm biased.

We really missed Radja today. Fuck it man. Coming into this group I didn't think we would come out of it. Yet we still have our destiny in our own hand.

Can't complain about the result, 2-0, not too bad. We need to do more in attack though. But, we will learn and hopefully we will have better luck in the home game. We need to field our strongest 11 at home

Fucking hell man, we lost 2-0 against Barcelona away. This is the kind of talk reserved for losing 1-0 to Parma at home from a Dimarco screamer.

In his defense, he might also be saying that from the POV that our settlement agreement restrictions mean we're already playing with a restricted squad in the Champions League. Would Gaglia, Dalbert, or Mario be playing for us? Probably not. Would they give us options, at least? Yes. Saying nothing about how the settlement agreement made transfer business vis-a-vis Champions League squad list eligibility a pain in the ass this Summer.

Once we're out of this particular kind of prison we'll be able to field deeper squads worthy of the competition.

Exactly. It's amazing what people on the forum think. The guys are tired , 90 intense minutes on Sunday with Milan , one day more of rest for Barca. Not to mention missing a player like Radja. Stop overreacting .

FIGC certainly deserves a little "fuck off" for their scheduling. The game with Juve in December is on a Friday, but some of that is almost surely because Juve is in the competition too. Playing the derby match on a Sunday night and having to turn around and play in Barcelona 72 hours later was entirely avoidable on their part.

Whether that would've made a difference, I kinda doubt it, but it didn't help.
