I would share that thought in "champions" way but next (couple of) years, not now. We are currently clearly not strong enough to cope with full strength Barca, don't matter at Nou Camp or not. Please don't forget we do even not join CL with full squad (thank to FFP). Messi absent at least makes our chance against them bigger than epsilon...He is out of this world atm.

Qualify the group stage means tons of money. Should be at much higher priority than "enjoying" good games against Barca.

What does "enjoying" mean here?

To me i am saying it's a chance to play the best which usually means The team should match that and play at the highest level.

Damn. I really wanted to see Messi against Inter one more time for 2010 nostalgia. We might never get another chance to face him again. :alone:

because we'll buy him ?

Thank god Messi is injured for 2 games against Inter. It's like there is a God who says 'Inter, you've been fucked over to much, now let me help you a lil bit'.

A Messi injury gives Inter much better chance to atleast get a draw from this game. Hallelujah!

Very bad news per noi, they're more unpredictable and devious without Messi, but first... Suso Fernández.

Technically we're very unpredictable to them, actually we're pretty much unpredictable to us too.

Basically its a very unpredictable clash because they might think we are too shit meanwhile we can pull a miracle and surprise them in Camp Nou, but also it could work in the other way around as they might think we are a solid team since we won six games in row but we might perform like crap and get ass kicked so bad.

Wouldn't surprise me if Barca ends up 3rd place in the CL-group.

"you're not a real fan if you're interested in discussing Messi's arm injury and its potential impact on Inter's qualification to the UCL knockout rounds"

Considering how our former players, even shit ones, have fucked us in the past this news gives me little hope at all.

So discussing breaking news about Inter's CL group is frowned upon, but bravado-laden shitposting about how we all should be focused on the derby is crucial.

I'm convinced, I'll start spreading the word to all corners of FIF. In fact, I think I saw some recent activity in the 18+ thread... GET YOUR DICK OUT OF YOUR HAND. IT'S DERBY DAY!!!!

It's extremely important you stay focused on Milan since you'll be out there on the pitch for us today. Plus we all know the rest of the squad reads English language football forums.

If Icardi was in the media making remarks about how he's looking forward to the game Wednesday, this would be an issue. But he's not, because he's a professional.

It's all a matter of attitude. I'll open the Lazio thread while we're at it. Direct rivals for that crucial CL spot, the players won't care about that. I'll also open the Genoa thread because it's the next home game.
