right on ;) although some say you should "walk" instead of jog, but do as you see best!

I work out 2 hours a day/6 days a week. Muscle training with some cardio on the side. I barely have any body fat though so I only do it for a short period of time. Don't know my weight in kg's.....

I'm gonna be honest though- I mostly do it for the ladies. A good body goes a long way with girls and a damn important step if you wanna get laid. ;)

I don't know if it counts but when I was younger I played sport all the time. Now I'm old and lazy.

Once I had Football training on Monday and Wednesday, Badminton on Wednesday, swimming on Tuesday, football EVERY weekend. Sometimes there was tight programme too with 2 matches a week.

I have also played golf but I sorta quit that again. I was close to becoming a member of a Tennis club too.

Not to forget table tennis which I actually played a tournament in! :D

I have passion for 200 different sports. Heh. :dielaugh:

Once I was in so good form that I could run 12,5 kilometers in an hour. Crazy shit when you see what I do today.

Now I only play Billard. :D

heh! that's cool Alex! actually now you're old? :eek: I mean wth!!! all you lazy bastards wanna do is sit in front of the PC, watch TV and eat burgers HUH!!! :mad: don't be such sacks of potatos :D go out and workout dammit!


obviously not many are really into bodybuilding as I can see! since I was hoping to go more into depth with the specifics of lifting weights/burning fat! but not as many have these motives :p too bad :p

I salute you for your blunt honesty. Finally, someone brave enough to say it. I got loads of friends who spend $100's on protein shakes and other stuff, and get obsessed with working out and they tell me it's for their own health.

Health my ass :D working out is for 1 thing and one thing only :D looking better for the opposite sex! but it also serves as self satisfaction! as you become satisfied with yourself! that's why it becomes so hard to stop once it gets into your system! (for me) I have a goal to looking a specific way! I'll never stop until I get there no matter what! my subconscious has taken over and is now guiding me to acheive that goal (since it was one of my childhood dreams, to look a specific way)

hence, for me! working has double motives! but hey! if you can get that and still be healthier than other people! that's why you brag about it, coz it's more "socially acceptable" ;) ;) but it's all hot air! I bet most of them smoke, stay up late or drink (although not necessarily)

Yeah, ofcourse ladies are the only reason. :D Actually just came from the gym. I'm not actually working out, but sometimes..

i lift weight for about 45 min or one hour not more...i do many things there is run, swim and on......
