The minimum expectation should be winning the Scudetto if Conte is gonna pass up a generational talent so he can fill up the squad with more 35 year olds. Mark my words, Tonali will Pirlo 2.0 for worse for us.

Italian Media Detail Staffing Changes At Inter & Discuss Potential Replacements
Inter manager Antonio Conte’s staff is set to undergo some changes according to a report in yesterday’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Corriere dello Sport.
Fitness data analyst Giuseppe Bellistri has already left the club in order to take up a position at Inter’s crosstown rivals AC Milan whilst squad doctor Alessandro Corsini and football analysis manager Michele Salzarulo will both also be leaving the club.
Corsini will be replaced by fellow squad doctor Luca Pulici and the report goes on to explain that internal replacements will also be sought for both Bellistri and Salzarulo.
Bellistri and Salzarulo will both be departing the club’s data analysis department which also includes technical-tactial analyst Alessandro Davite as well as technical-tactical analyst Giacomo Toninato.
Based on what the Roma based news outlet claim in this report, Davite and Toninato could well be promoted from within to replace the duo of Bellistri and Salzarulo.
Wait a minute, D'Aversa left Parma?
The decision had been brewing for several days, as the club and tactician had very different views on how to progress.
“This is a result of the fact that over the last few weeks, the cohesion, unity of intent, harmony and mutual enthusiasm which have been so key to the successes achieved together over the last few years have disappeared.
“However, nothing can erase the unforgettable achievements engraved into the Club’s history thanks to the Coach and his coaching team’s fundamental contribution, and the Club expresses its gratitude for everything over these past few years, wishing Roberto the best of luck for the next step in his career.”
When D’Aversa took over the job in December 2016, Parma were in Serie C and rebounding from their bankruptcy.
He took them to back-to-back promotions into the top flight, then secured Serie A mid-table safety for two seasons.
