Love his workrate and passion it's clear he wants to succeed badly with us, and tbh I prefer he get minutes over Obi right now. Obi is probably a bit quicker and puts more pressure on the opposition but Poli is a cleaner tackler and better inceptor IMO. He has all the key attributes to develop into a very solid box to box CM.

That was not a Serie A goal. :)

Anyway, good game by Poli. Like Nerazzuri Tiger said, Poli plays with passion and that's what we need from our younger players. To feel attached to the team and be ready to fight for the team.

He is too much of a ball chaser at times and gets caught out of position. Small club mentality which can change over time . I don't see him being one of the world's best. But definitely see him as a useful midfielder in serie a.

He's just a Central Midfielder, who came back from a long injury and played his 2nd game only, when we were comfortably winning and nobody seemed to give a damn anymore. It's weird how it takes only one game for us to mark a player as a fuck up...

Great teamwork in the build up, Obi showed great understanding and technique with the flick back. Like what I saw from both of them.

Yeah. I don't think there is a person in this world who thinks he becoming one of the world's best (apart from perhaps Poli himself, you gotta have selfconfidence :D). I think he will become at least a very useful squad player for us once he keeps developing. His movements is indeed a bit rushing at times but better positioning comes with the exp. The willingness to run and fight is a positive sign nevertheless.

Edit: too excited about Serie A, but it was his first goal with a Serie A club. whatever.

Don't agree. Well, worlds best is huge thing, so i wouldnt expect that, but expect him to become great player, not just useful. He has all the attributes needed. He does chase the ball too much, but remember his age and willingness to prove himself to us, he isnt even bought yet. Just be patient, that will change with experience and game time.
