1 good goal, one fluke goal doesn’t really change my opinion about him what so ever. Only when he becomes consistent in his play we should consider bring him back. Until then he doesn’t have a place in our team. The boy has a long journey ahead of him.

That said as usual it is fun to read the reaction of some members though! :D

Ofcourse he is not.
He needs more matches, fitness and big games.
Libertadores cup is coming soon, so he will get more and more harder games, which is good.

Great news from Brazil. Hope he's slowly recovering and getting back to his old form. He still looks a bit fat though.

Is he a federation grown player? I think his career adds up more than enough to be one, but just wants to make sure.

L'Imperatore strikes back
Friday 18 January, 2008
Adriano has made a triumphant start to life at Sao Paulo hitting a brace in a 2-1 win over Guarantingueta in the state championship.

The Inter marksman is on loan to the Morambi outfit as he tries to get over the psychological problems that have dogged his career at San Siro.

L’Imperatore received a standing ovation as he ran on to the field and his goals made all the difference in the second half.

The 25-year-old looked like a new man as he had a hand in everything that Sao Paulo created and put in a huge workload.

Minnows Guarantingeta took the lead with a 22nd minute free-kick, but the second half belonged to Adriano.

Immediately after the interval, the former Parma man picked up the ball on the edge of the box and blasted into the corner.

His match-winner came from a free-kick which managed to find a way through the wall and past the outstretched arms of diving goalkeeper Faber.

It was a heartening return for Adriano and won’t have gone unnoticed by the staff at Inter

I dont think we can lose in this situation. If he regains his form and still thinks we are a suitable place for him, great. If not, we sell when his stocks are high. If he still sucks, then we found out on the expense of another team. What a bullet though.

NO way can we judge him just based on his first game, that also against the minnow of the league. We also don't know how he played throughout the game and that is very important when a striker like him scores against minnow teams.

I have never been totally against Adriano and my comments remain the same. Hope he does very well there, consistently. Then, god knows what would happen with him - comes back to Inter and shakes hand with R.Mancini OR we get some good $$ by selling him, which we might lose if he's totally wasted.;)

We definitely need a world class strike parter for Zlatan and Adriano could had been the easiest answer, had he been in his late top form.

I just hope he continues on notching tons of goals in the coming few months and that would help us in a great deal, as I said earlier, either for him to make his 3rd return to Inter OR we get to sell him for good $$.

No but lol today he said he wouldnt mind playing for milan since ever player would jump at the chance to play for milan.

http://www.goal.com/en/Articolo.aspx?ContenutoId=553986

to be freaking honest...i really dont care if he regains his form or not...also these 2 goals he scored one was yes good and the other was pure luck...we dont know if he imporved game wise and also he is playing brazil...a place where attackers player in defence and to be honest i have reached a point with the guy that i dont even consider him part of our squad anymore.

I just want us to sell him and get it over with and just focus on the future...him along with recoba. I have had enough of this player myth that certain players can get back and regain their form and they have all the talent in the world blah freaking blah...they had their chances and its time to fuking move along..i am happy mancio froze him out and will hopefully do so in the future...sell him to milan moratti, please fuking do it....or any other club for that matter.

Edit:Also poll is closed...move the thread...what are you faiting for handoyo or anyone else?

Nah, don't take it that way mate. I am not saying that he won't join Milan but may be he was asked some questions here and there like would you join Milan, incase your destination wouldn't be Inter so on and he might have replied yes. And btw, his career is in tatters and Milan wouldn't be a bad option huh.

But seriously, I hope he does damn well in BRazil and returns back to INter with his old late form and shakes hand with Mancini and save us from spending tons of $$ for another world class striker. I do hope he does learn some lesson from all these !

Lately, I'm dreaming of a trio of:

----------- Adriano -- Zlatan ------------
--------------- Ronaldinho ---------------

All of them in their best form and behaviour, what a dream huh !! lol

That just hurts.

If it's just the way the question asked, he could've answered it differently. Or not answer at all. After all, he's still Inter player. Even if he has to mention other club, Roma, Lazio, or Middlesoborough whatever, but not milanmerda. For example, I don't think Recoba would say something like that.

Sorry, it's just aching to read that.

lol exactly...and it doesnt really hurt...it just pisses you of as an inter fan that a player like him who wants to recover with us and knows how much a rivarly there is between us and milan goes and says that even though he is still our freaking player and still tied to us.
