Yeah insane to sell Hakimi now.
What we should do is start a bidding war between all the clubs interested in our "big" players. We set a price target (high enough) for each big player separately, then the interested clubs can start bidding for them. First one who reaches the set price, gets the player, the rest gets nothing. We don't even need to have two buyers for one player, one is enough. We just put all the interested parties to bid against each other for their specific player they want from Inter.
For example Hakimi. Doesn't make any sense to sell him for 60m€, maybe not even 70m€. Wingback position is SCARCE. You don't have quality wingbacks all over the place. Midfielders, central defenders, strikers, you have all those positions everywhere. Wingbacks are so rare and yet they are so important in modern football. Even in 4 man defence, you change your system in a way to use him, or you change to 3-man defence.
Of course strikers are more expensive and you don't accept 70m€ for Lautaro, or 80m€ for Lukaku right away. But Hakimi is really one of a kind.
