Kroos will be free agent if Real do not extend him. But, with Mkhitaryan and Zielinski we are stacked in this position, I believe.

Kroos can't run anymore to play instead of Mkhi and I'd rather keep Asllani than play him as a DLP

Limone likes midfielders with great technique and vision. Does K Thuram fits that idea?

I feel like K thuram in terms of style is somewhere between Barella and Frattesi, and a lot more physical, but can also transform into a player like Casemiro, if he up his vision and passing.

Will he be a great fit for the current tactic? Maybe not as good, but will Simone adjust? Maybe, yes. Will it give us more tactical options and become more versatile? Definitely yes.

With all that said, I actually lean more towards midfielders that played Serie A, not all position but midfielders; wingbacks and forwards actually from other League perform better when they come to serie A once they pick up the basic understanding.

GK neutral, but not many Serie A GK impresses me enough.

Defenders vary very much by cases, but normally if they are more the physical type (not the fast ones) that comes from another league the higher chance they struggle; on the other hand the" not physically strong ones" that are trained in Italy normally get the basic done and are reliable but can't expect exceptional performance against exceptional opponents; (basically not Pavard, not Acerbi), so Milenković, Baschirotto are decent candidate, but they never played in a 3 men defense.

It is nice to ramble.

K Thuram free agent....is a very real chance to come here, and it makes sense being his brother plays for us.

I think Marcus was linked with us 24 months before his deal expired too?

Marcus was linked to us towards the end of the summer in 2021, and that deal was expected to go through, then he played in Gladbach's last game pre-deadline and got injured (knee ligament tear, ended up missing two months), we passed on him and instead settled for Correa for fuckin' €31M.

What a fucking disaster. Correa was either injured or complete shit when he played, and I would bet a huge sum of money we win the 2021-'22 Scudetto with Thuram instead of Correa. "Better late than never" and all that bullshit but I'm not gonna pretend the thought of that doesn't bother me.

Khéphren Thuram changes agent
Kephren is now represented by Sport Cover, the same representatives as his brother, and the same agents who helped facilitate a move from Borussia Moenchengladbach to Inter on a free transfer last summer.

As well as the Thuram brothers, Sport Cover also have coaches Franesco Farioli and Patrick Vieira on their books.

While Milan may still be interested in the 23-year-old midfielder, formal negotiations are not likely to take place until a later date.
I've been writing this for a while: sincerely hope that our club is laying the groundwork to sign Kephren on a fee in 2025.

Reuniting brothers at Inter - brothers of the world would be epic.

Luis Alberto will leave Lazio soon. Is he still any good? I know we all prefer to sign Bellingham or Rodri but we have zero budget and next season we will play a lot of matches, so I think he would be a decent addition for squad depth. He can't be worse than Klaassen or Sensi.

Wait for him to get out of that contract first, it’s a repeat story for years now.

Somehow Alberto's only 32 next season. What are the chances this ends up happening? I'm not even trying to joke or meme, he ticks several boxes.

Tick the boxes of what, teams being robbed by Lotito, declining and still has long contract? As Hernanes Candreva Correa Anderson Diao SMS or Immobile?

Pandev Acerbi De Vrij were not Lazio's anymore at the time we got them.

I am pretty confused why Alberto name is even mentioned here. Anything more than 0€ is a joke. But he isnt till 2027.

You know why?

Because when I see all the stuff come out in the last few hours about him saying he won't take one more Euro from Lazio or whatever the hell, it leaves me under the impression that his contract is running out and that he's not going to return to the club next season. It's an impression that causes me not to double check Transfermarkt to see his contract status.

So when you then write this contract, and point out that he's still under contract for three more seasons, and I check TM and realize, shit, he's still under contract for three more seasons, then I realize I've written rubbish under the wrong impression.

So that's my bad.

Don't have one.

As soon as I read last night he is leaving, I was like inzaghi is probably reading this somewhere with a hard on

If zielinski isn't bound to come here, he would be for sure the main target, but right now I don't know how realistic he is as a target. Maybe they get rid of klassen and sensi and get both zielinski and alberto, but that seems like a stretch and unrealistic tbh. It rarely happens we do those sorts of overkills.

But he is still a great player, especially in a right system. Imo he would be the perfect supersub in midfield for one or two years to come off the bench and change the game.
