The right salary for Taremi is a bucket full of shit. Anything beyond that is too much for him.

I mean we already have 2 pretty fking old strikers. I mean prefer we get a more promising option on lower wages.

Taremi isn’t a world beater and will be 3rd or 4th choice up top

It'd be sad if we can't sign any proper striker and end up with Arna again after this january transfer window.

For Inter 10mln gross is still too much for Taremi. Because of the GD, he will get around 7 net which is more than what we offer to Barella for contract extension. It's no need to disrupt the air in the locker room with move like that.
Obviously we wouldn't offer him 10m gross. The 10m gross is what Porto president is talking about and they don't know anything about growth decree.

Wouldn't go after this guy if the market is hot for him. Auction for this guy's contract doesn't make sense. He should be having a career season now since free agency is coming but the stats aren't great. Even though stats are not all of his game.

I also wouldn't flat out believe what the Porto president says. Most club presidents tend to overexaggerate things.

but Taremi would be available for free, and inter directors love to sign many players with zero transfer fee.

we should consider signing young attacking talents this january window.

santos has been relegated and will be desperate to sell marcos leonardo. hopefully we try for him for a long term project. he’s 20 years and scored 17 goals with 2 assists this season.

we were also linked to Claudio Echeverri from river plate who is more like AM/winger type which we don’t really use and he is just 17 and probably will be much more expensive.

We can't even afford to fund a first team.

We are in a dire need of third striker in the winter mercato. Luckily, so far there have been no injuries to Martinez and Thuram. As the season progresses, the value of third quality striker will be important.

Not easy but I hope the management is able to get a quality striker by end of the winter mercato.

Have you guys considered that Lautaro is not easily injured? After his first season at Inter when he missed 7 games, he has missed 3 games at Inter (and 3 for Argentina) due injuries.

The guy is made of rock and his stamina is incredible. And he probably trains and maintains his body very well.

Which is why it would be soul crushing if he ever gets injured. It's not just about that. I want him to play like possessed all the time, but he needs a rest here and there too. It's clear Sanchez and Arnautović together can't run as much as Lautaro does in 90 minutes, but Lautaro can't perform like that EVERY 90 minutes.

I just want the new version of Pandev or Balotelli on the bench. Sanchez and Arnautović really aren't good enough, both for different reasons.

Sure, but we don't need Lautaro every match 90 mins. We can manage some games with Sanchez and Arnautovic out there.

Issue is maybe more about if those two cannot stay fit to play when needed. If they are fit and available, we are just fine. Lautaro will anyway play most of the time.

And of course I'd want a new forward, just in case for our deep runs in Scudetto + CL, but this isn't Moratti Inter anymore so I don't have my hopes up regarding getting a forward in January.

You are so optimistic. I'm just trying to optimize this team into making it so that we are next to City and Bayern every season.

Yeah but Lautaro is not really made of rock. He's a human after all and injuries can happen to anybody. He said himself he was dealing with pain during the WC and look how he was during the tournament.

It's not just about being available, it's about being effective when you play. He should not be overplayed, as it can impact his overall play and injuries could come afterwards. We cannot afford to lose our starting forwards for a long time.

You are trying to optimize this team with what funds?
