He ain’t a solution either and is nowhere good enough and is already 29 years, it’s not exactly a young player with development potential we are talking about.

We need a long term solutions not a short term one like him.

That would require he actually played at top level to begin with. He doesn’t even remotely have a level that is actually useful, he is only two years younger then De Vrij and a much lesser talent, it’s pointless getting him. Especially having Bisseck and Pavard that are both talented wise of higher quality.

Is he so bad? I think he would be decent for free.

If I remember correctly, Mou got him when he was at ManU, but for some reason never panned out. Don't watch ManU if I can avoid it, but it appears that he only is a 2nd half sub for a defense that is shambolic so that's why I'm hesitant. As a free, maybe you're right though.

It's difficult to judge Man U players now, because all of them look trashy.

Yeah. Lindelof was highly rated when he was at Benfica but he never lived up to the hype.

Ausilio wanted him since his time at Benfica but typically we didn't have the money.

I can see why we want to postpone it to summer . Its because he is still a risk. Just had a ligament comeback, we want to see his performances and then proceed with a contract. Signing him now, despite being free and us being covered with plenty of rotation options. No point.

Inter are only interested in a June move. And probably the answers that Bisseck is giving also have an important weight.

Now let`s see if Djaló is keeping his word or not. Inter probably want to avoid another Skriniar episode right off the bat.

We still have Bastoni, Pavard and Bisseck in their best age. Additional there is an option on Darmian for another year in the case we need it. Also De Vrij apparently wanna stay and he is after all still only 31 (32 in feb). In other words it’s just in no more hurry then it can’t wait until the summer after all we are mainly talking subs here not starters.

Acerbi likely retiring after us…

Also if Djaló choose to go to Juve, then honestly I’m not even interested

I think he can play in different positions in defence. According to Transfermarkt he has played on the left side CB in 4 man defence, but disclaimer is that Transfermarkt might get these wrong.

Anyway, Bisseck's emergence makes Djalo in the summer less necessary. I agree we need to prepare for 2025 summer when both Acerbi and De Vrij contracts end.
