My only issue with Koulibaly is that he has potentially become injury prone. Him having a poor season at Chelsea doesn't concern me that much given everyone had a poor season there, and I'd still trust Koulibaly to do well in Serie A if he joins us.

Find a buyer for Dumfries first, then dream or they end up with nothing ...Inter shouldn't fall in that trap.. again!

Yeah koulibaly is great news, instant upgrade. Not sure about ass cheeks and chalobah...

Cheek is better than Gag in every aspect, he’s a bit prone to injuries though. Chalobah is likely an upgrade in RCB, as great as Darmian has been lately, he’s not getting any younger and he’s playing out of position.

I’m worried most about KK though. His form hasnot been great in the last couple of years, he’s also injury prone and on big wages.

Under Conte we were collecting Man Utd rejects. Now it looks like we are collecting Chelsea rejects
And Lazio's ones as well.

Koulibaly will be great, but his salary is insane. Maybe if Chelsea get the half of it.

My main concern with Koulibaly is whether he can adjust to a back 3. We have seen quality cbs, also at Inter, struggle to switch from a back 4 to a back 3. He had never played in a back 3 before moving to Chelsea where he was a disaster. Koulibaly is a risk. Especially when his salary is so high.

If he plays in the center, he will. But, I suspect that we want him for RCB position, which is a risk indeed.

I dont understand the lack of free agents related news, like Ndicka and Djalo, why are we focusing on costly defenders even on loans like Chalobah and KK?

I rather have Bastoni than Ndicka

Ndicka is left footed. He can't play on the right. Djalo isn't a free agent. He has one year left in his contract.

Djalo had ACL. He's coming back in September or something. So tough luck for us, we would have probably gone after him otherwise.

I love the Koulibaly loan rumors. Perfect add to our defence if the price is right and Chelsea pays part of his salary.

Why left footed players can only play on the left while right footed players can play right left and center? Are your footist or something, please stop footism.
It's easier to be a defender on the left if you are left footed primarly.

According to transfermarkt, Koulibaly is right-footed which was a surprise for me. Maybe he can use both legs properly, wasn't he playing on the left in Napoli defence? I remember him using left foot there with the passes.

Acerbi is also left footed and he plays in the middle. Being left footed should always be seen as a advantage because they are harder to find. If Ndicka is good, he can rotate with both Bastoni and Acerbi, there wont be a shortage of game time for him. And if he's really good, he can even compete with Darmian on the right who's playing out of position. Left footed defender on the right is not optimal but also not any worse than right footed CB on the left.

Look, I wouldn't mind N'dicka, but WE NEED to get a player to play RCB first. And also a midfielder. And also an attacker.

N'dicka isn't a priority.

N'Dicka has signed with Roma already (or very close). Romano reported it already, 4m net salary + signing bonus. Forget about it. And he's a leftie so, why are we talking about him.

N'dicka would have been a sub if he had come here. He is not benching basto.
