First no one is giving us that much money for Dumfries and second even if we get a decent transfer fee, the money will walk into Zhang's pocket and not into the transfer budget for new players.

We’ll be lucky to get half of that for Dumfries tbh. An English club could very well overpay for him though so there is hope.
