Like pointed out, our 4th midfielder is Sensi. Second is Vidal/Vecino.

Compare that to our 4th striker who is Pinamonti/Satriano/Salcedo.

The 4th midfielder is the 1st from the bench so it's not equivalent to the 4th striker.

Our 3rd striker (the actual equivalent to our 4th midfielder) is Sánchez, he may be injury prone but Sensi is in an completely order of magnitude in that regard.

And I'd much rather have Pinamonti/Satriano/Salcedo as 4th striker than Vidal/Vecino as 5th midfielder specially given that Sensi is the "3rd midfielder".

Disagree heavily over having rather Pina/Satri/Salc as 4th striker than Vidal/Vecino as 5th midfielder. Like not even a contest for me. Those kids are kids, you need to play elsewhere, those mids are veterans who can provide stuff on the pitch.

We don't have a vice Brozo but if our midfielders stay fit then our squad depth is actually decent. The problem is this is a huge IF for Sensi and Vidal so there's a chance we could end up with Gagliardini and Vecino as our only backup midfielders. That being said, i understand management decision not to sign another midfielder. We currently have 7 midfielders who could become 8 in case a miracle happens with Eriksen. We can't keep adding midfielders without offloading anyone.

Sounds like a prat, negotiating like he's a superstar having achieved nothing yet in his career. Another Rabiot bascially. We don't want players with headaches for agents in the squad. Extremely talented nonetheless and worth the 20M investment, eventually we can ship off to EPL.

Not only that. You take a loss on Vecino's contract and you need to pay for the new midfielder.
If, and is a big if, Sensi will stay fit, Vidal, Vecino and Gags for the 5th and 6th midfielder is not bad. If we manage carefully Vidal's minutes he could be pretty important to us.

Saul salary is at 7m but he is not playing regularly at madrid atm . If he can be regular for us and sign permanently, he would be an upgrade to current midfiled. He is 26 yrs old younger than brozovic too.

Atletico is offering for loan to chelsea and ManU so i dont see a reason why we dont want to get that kind of offer.

No, Chelsea is offering loan to Atletico. Atletico wants to sell the player. Mendes owns 40% of Saul's contract, Atletico owns 60%, Mendes wants his money. I guess loan deal will be fine as long as there's the obligation.

And anyway, like said Saul's salary is way too much for Inter at this moment because we can't get rid of Vidal.
