I don't see any improvements on both rumours. Let alone that it will be sufficiently funded. Modric is approximately 80-100m and I don't think Perez would go down below that number, if anything it's above the numberr.

Real would sell him for 60-70 actually. Still a shitload of money.

Journalists have no clue unless they are fed a story. It's all about networking. Di Marzio is on good terms with Raiola and some other coaches and gets his info. Pedulla is on good terms with Sarri etc. Some have contacts within clubs.

But they usually know shit. And very often the clubs mislead them on purpose.
Modric was someone we talked with 1 month ago or so. The deal is too complicated and hard, so no one really leaked anything to the media. Now it was leaked because probably some guy from Inter learned about it after weeks and talked to Di Marzio.
