De Vrij is a must signing for us since we can't pay money due to ffp bullshit and have to stick to loans and free agents. We won't find a defender at his quality, age and Serie A experience AND for free.

I don't know HOW we can FUCK this up.

I'm sure Inter will be able to surprise you.

For some reason I can not see us signing De Vrij AT ALL. Not sure why, hasnt been too many links also and I'm sure he is getting plenty of offers. I would love him here though

Liverpool just dropped €85m on One Dick, doubt they have any appetite for another CB.

According to the Dutch press, Stefan de Vrij can choose between Manchester City, Barcelona and Inter. Although he is a good defender i don't think he is good enough to play for Barcelona or Man City. But he is good enough to play for Inter the coming years. I think a duo Skriniar-de Vrij won't be bad, there young strong on the ground and in the air and both reasonable on the ball.

OT:

Signing Pastore would be a major transfer for Inter. They lack creativity as we all have seen the last matches. The foundation is okay but an creative midfielder is our first priority, sell Joao Mario and buy Pastore would be an great deal. I'm a big fan of Pastore and i hate it to see such a good player on the bench. The good thing for Inter is that there is an WC this summer so most players want to get playtime and may be easier to convince to come to Inter.

Inter miss Mkhitaryan and Pastore?
By Football Italia staff

Inter’s approaches for Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Javier Pastore are tricky because neither Manchester United nor PSG want Joao Mario, claim Sky Sport Italia.

The Nerazzurri have a cash-flow problem and, unless Suning put in some big investments, there will be no January signings for Coach Luciano Spalletti.

Their only alternative is to sell one of their big players and Portugal international Joao Mario is the most likely candidate.

However, Sky Sport Italia transfer pundit Gianluca Di Marzio maintains neither Manchester United nor Paris Saint-Germain are prepared to accept these terms.

It’d be a loan with option to buy at the end of the season, a formula that does not suit the players Mkhitaryan or Pastore either.

The key would be selling Joao Mario for €40m, but nobody is ready to meet that price-tag right now.

suning has to find a way. i know it's easier said than done, but if we don't make it to champions league, it will be a huge loss, so not spending now would mean a potential much bigger loss later.

i would ask psg if they would consider a 2/3 million euros loan + a right of redemption. they have ffp issues, so if no better offers come, they might consider such an offer.

and according to rumours the player would be more than willing to come to Inter.

granted, we are not talking of a world beater. but as many have pointed out, we need technique and creativity in the midfield and he offers both at a good level.

imho he can score 5-6 goal and offers as many assists in 5 months, plus make our game plan less predictable.

We aren't getting either pastore or Miki ( don't want him here).

PSG need cash now and jm would never fit mourinho's style imo

According to Daily Mirror, Inter are interested in Juan Mata, whose contract expires at the end of the season.

According to German media Mkhitaryan prefers an transfer to Dortmund instead of going to Inter. I hope this is true because he didn't impressed me since he joined Man Utd. I still feel Pastore would be an major signing and he will get us into the CL, but then again Always when i get hyped about an player joining Inter, Inter will disappoint me and get someone like Honda or any other average player.

If we can't get a quality 10, I'd prefer if we switched to 4-3-3, since I think it suits our current group of midfielders better, particularly Joao Mario. Maybe we should focus on adding a quality winger on loan instead, to put pressure on both Candreva and Perisic, as they seem a bit complacent lately.

Inter transfer target Javier Pastore has skipped training with club Paris Saint Germain today according to a report from French sports newspaper L’Equipe. Meanwhile, the French capital club have stated ‘personal reasons’ behind the Argentine’s absence today.

The 28-year-old midfielder continues to await a decision on his future at the Parc des Princes amid strong interest from Inter, which he himself has welcomed.

“Inter is a club that I like very much and, if I had to leave PSG , I would like to return to Italy. Sabatini took me to Palermo and we talked. We are united by a friendship,” he said in recent weeks.

It will probably drag on but we`ll eventually get him, as nowadays the player`s will counts the most.

Barella renewed with Cagliari.

Inter is currently working hard on getting Cagliari player Nicola Barella to Milan. The reason for this is that the management do not want to repeat the mistake they did with Roma midfielder Radja Nainggolan, who in 2014 was snatched from Inter under their nose by Roma. This time Inter Sporting Director Piero Ausilio does not want to miss out on a valuable player like Nainggolan turned out to be.

According to Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, economically the deal with Barella is similar to the one that went down three years ago between Roma and Cagliari. The Giallorossi paid Cagliari around €18 million in total in order to get the signature from the Belgian international.

Inter value Barella at about €16 million, while Cagliari wants €30 million. There could be a solution where the two teams meet halfway though but competition for the player is allowing Cagliari President Giulini to be in charge, and he wants to extend the player’s contract to 2022 in order to have even more leverage.

Piero Ausilio does not want to waste any time and wants to find the right formula in order to put Inter in pole position, but it will not be easy since President Giulini wants to gamble and get as much money as possible from a deal with his jewel together with the fact that the Inter DS is under financial restrictions from Inter owner Suning. Rest assured there will be an attempt during January’s transfer market: Inter is putting pressure on Cagliari and will not give up without a fight.

Mikhitaryan on loan would be great. He’s exactly the sort of player we need playing as a No.10 - can create goals and assists even when he’s having one of his more frustrating games. However he’s very much a confidence player and requires delicate management (should be okay under Spalletti).

The worst thing that would come about from a Miki transfer is the flood of nationalistic Armenian dickheads into FIF.

Damn, Suning needs to see that missing out on CL next year would be absolutely disastrous for this club's financial well-being. We wouldn't be able to keep Icardi, Handa, Perisic, Spalletti.... The club would spend another five years rebuilding. Dropping 30 million or whatever now on a creative AM is absolutely vital. We can't afford 5th place this year, the team would just implode.

Mikhi has been off his game for the past 2 months..not sure if he is just trying to piss off jose more but I think pastore would be the safer bet..i remember what happened the last time we bought a 28year old trequartista...good times :eek:blivious:
