Hearing whispers (read: bullshit) about Moussa Sissoko. Anything real? If the price is right...

Anyone who played for Newcastle for more than a season ended up having a crap attitude. That's the most habitually underachieving club I've ever seen.

How in gods name is he only getting 30k a week. One of the best players imo for spurs if not the best

Two words: Tottenham Hotspur. Chairman. Shit! 3 words.

Eriksen or Moussa Sissoko coming in, if someone like Brozovic were sold would be spectacular IMO.

Moussa Sissokho

I rather pay 60m for Joao Mario than 35 for this headless chicken. Or even Yaya Toure.

We should focus little bit on German Olympic midfielders. Their style is so Inter and so Italian.

While we're at it - "Gabigol" is overrated as fuck.

Forget about everything else, but I was amazed how slow this guy is...

Inter close in on Sissoko
By Football Italia staff

France Football claim Inter are very close to signing Newcastle United midfielder Moussa Sissoko for €35m.

It had already been reported in Italy that Sissoko’s agents were in negotiations over the last few days.

He is seen as an alternative to Joao Mario, as Sporting continue to drag their heels over that €45m transfer.

According to France Football magazine, Inter are stepping up the intensity when it comes to Sissoko.

Also of interest to Juventus and Real Madrid, the Magpies are asking for €40m after his strong performances at Euro 2016.

Do we really need such players like joao Mario or sissoko? We have spent over 30 mln euros for kondogbia last year, we should maybe give him the chance to prove himself.

And what is the point of keeping gnoukouri at Inter if we already have kondogbia, medel and we add another central midfielder? Is the guy ever going to play a minute?

I like Sissoko, but 35m? That is crazy. Newcastle can shove him up Rafa's arse.

It's Rafa's mission in life to make Inter miserable in every way he can.

In today's market thats probably his price. Coming off a very strong Euros and in his prime at 27. Not saying we should sign him for that, but it's not a crazy ask in these market conditions.

Mf is most important part of the pitch for Serie A sucess...If you control the mf you usually win games, not 100% but...
Last season our mf was shiiiiaaat but we still managed to win 4th place due to individual quality... For smth more we didn't have a chance with a shitty mf a

Just imagine right now, where we have Medel currently, Sissoko.
In some ways Medel is better defensively. Tackling. OK, one way. But strength, positioning, PACE, jumping, heading, Sissoko has the edge, big time. And in attack, goddamn, he is 2x the player Brozovic is.

The question would be where do we play Candreva, Perisic and Sissoko, as they would be our strongest attacking players, so you can't play them all RW. Perisic LW, Candreva RW, Sissoko MC, but with less defensive responsibility (Sissoko and Banega get license to get forward, have Kdog stay back, for the most part).

IMO if we signed Sissiko the only way it would make sense is if we moved Banega deeper and allowed Sissoko to cover for him in a box to box role. The way Vidal used to for Juventus. Than the 3rd midfielder could be Kondogbia or Brozovic.

However, Sissoko is not Vidal when it comes to dedication to defend. Vidal is a more defensive minded player.
