Weird, why did Fulham accept such a deal then? Especially considering that they could just get him for free next season...

Because they need a player for now and not in a year. Really ridiculous that we can't sell him for at least couple of millions. He isn't that bad for an average PL team. Furthermore, his age is just 27 and three seasons before we spend 15 fucking millions to buy this clown.

Regardless of if they need him now or next year, what team in their right mind would agree to pay for a player (next year) when they know their contract is expiring next year and they just could pick him up for free?

Nearly every club, it's the way it goes. Nasri had only one year left and City bought him for 27,5 millions. Özil had one year left and was bought for 15millions. Muntari isn't near that good as those two, but he has skills as well and buying him when he is a free agent will be way more complicated and more expensive regarding to his wages. You can see his value by his offers. Fulham and Newcastle aren't bad teams and when he is official for free other teams will put their fingers towards him as well.
I don't want money from them for next year, but I want money for him NOW because he has a contact with us and has a value which should be paid to be able to sign him.

Yes I understand that.

But his contract is expiring next year and he is only going on loan now with an option to buy. Why would Fulham pay for him next year when they can just get him for free?

Reports coming in that Inter has landed playmaker Lorenzo Tassi, dubbed as the next Roberto Baggio !

Does anyone know anything about him ???? Is this confirmed anywhere ????

Alright then I misunderstood your posts, sorry bro ;)
Yea that wouldn't make sense, maybe a mistake from newspapers which think that his contract runs longer than 2012. Really don't know

I don't think they did, I think the article posted is wrong. I think he will just go on loan until his contract is up, similar to Obinna. I could be wrong though, we may have extended his contract at some point and just never announced it, which of course would be a mega :palm:

How can you even compare them .
Tassi is still a kid of 16 years old while El Sharawy is 20

eh? El Sharaawy is 18

Thing is, lot's of kids get hyped up at 16. I am not saying Tassi doesnt have WC potential, but for now El Shaarawy is better....

A more proper comparision would be with Valoti who is in the similar age range (17)

Of Course Shaarawy is better he is 2.5 years olders than Tassi. Both players have great potential and almost had the same path , getting their Serie A debut when they were 16.

This is an interesting article about Tassi if someone interested.

To be honest, I think it is going to be a quiet day.
