I'd swap our entire front line (Pandev, Pazzini, Milito, Forlan, Zarate) for the two Newcastle forwards, Ba and Cisse.

How much money will Inter spend on the market? Because given the record since Mourinho left we should speculate only decadent players like Forlán or risky last minute deals like Palombo or Poli. :eek:kay:

Having that in mind, it pains me to say that I have no confidence in any of the attackers. Milito and Pazzini should stay but only because it would be very hard to change them all at once. Zárate made a very bad career move by leaving Vélez too soon. he was a great player back then but since he moved to Qatar I haven't seen him on a good run. Forlán is past his best for 2 years now.

With the prospect of a small budget I'd like to see at least players who are adapted to the Italian League. Players like Lavezzi would be amazing but I'd settle for experiments like Acquafresca or Destro. I don't see how they'd be worse than relying on Castaignos.

It's always possible that they'd also be somewhat disappointments much like forementioned dynamic duo Poli and Palombo but it made more sense relying on them than Coutinho, for instance. Or maybe we should just stop bringing in players from Sampdoria, I don't know. =P

I'd love Guitan of Benfica. Where do these Portuguese clubs produce these wingers from ??
They can hire lots of players from the South American market, so every now and then they find some good players here. It's harder to do that in other leagues.

The argentinian clubs play formations much similar to the european ones, with wide midfielders and/or attackers, so it's probably the best place to look for these kind of players outside Europe.

destro and rossi for forward to replace forlan and send castaignos out on loan would be ideal and sign farfan for free or if we could sign zarate for cheaper like 8 to 10 mill

milito,destro,pazzo,rossi,zarate/farfan forward line is not bad at all (destro can slowly replace milito)

Break-down of their playing positions:

centre forward, centre forward, centre forward, centre forward (support striker), forward with low tactical sense/winger

I said if we can sign zarate for cheap or farfan for free and rossi would be 20 to 25 mill and destro 8 to 12 mill

selling maicon,forlan,sneijder=30 to 35 mill

Suggestions for wingers would fit in this thread?

Vargas would be a great improvement for the left side. Nagatomo sucks, so the left side of the attack is kind of hopeless up until now.

Man City should buy yet again more strikers so maybe they'll be willing to offload 1 or 2. If either Dzeko or Tevez are made available, they'd be expensive but maybe at a cut-down price there'd be a chance...

I'd take Dzeko over Tevez any day.

Me too. Specially because then Pazzini could be sold. I can't stand a striker that's only really good in the air.

van wolfswinkle seems just an okay player not a world beater, he has 17 goals and 3 assists in 37 matches a pretty average stat and there are also reports that tottenham are ready to offer 12 million for him, while damio had 40 goals in 51 matches last season and has 8 goals fro 8 this season, damio seems better quality but of course he will cost more, saying that pato also cost milan about 24 million and regardless of his injuries, he is quality

Completely unnecessary player for us to follow in all honesty. From what I've seen of him, which I admit is not very much, we need many many more different players. He is someone a team like Juve or Tottenham need.

Damiao is player that we need beacuse he is good header and we don't have that tip of forward player like Damiao. Last player who's similar to Damiao was Cruz

I agree with Tanel. Although I like Damiao and would love to see him in nerazzuri colors but we don't need him unless we sell Pazzini.

So, let's sell Pazzini, that's what I've been saying all along. :awyeah:

Damiao will be a top player if he joins the right club. He's a brute diamond like Cavani once was.
