Really seems like Maniche is a done deal. Like it is only a medical away from being official.

I can't complain about getting a two-way midfielder on a loan for six months. Especially when he has the potential to be a world-class midfielder. Was some years ago we saw that though. With Porto in fact and Euro 2004.

Seems like it's done I just hope he understands he is coming as backup. Especially now that stan and viera will be back fit again within this week.

I honestly do not see him returning to the form he was in back then, but we can hope.

We definetly needed 1 midfielder signing! I don't even want to think about last Champions League season! Or if we are unlucky and Cambiasso gets injuried again!
If the INTER staff decided to get Maniche, I trust them [for now].

I see Maniche a blinder of a goal some time in the season..but not do much otherwise...But I could be wrong, seeing how some other signings have performed recently

My feelings exactly, I'm not sure if he's that good, but due to recent happenings, I have faith in the people in charge of our transfer plans !

I know people here dont think so, :p but we need a guy to do the dirty work in midfield, Diarra or someone like Sissoko. Not Maniche. Too bad we missed out on Yaya Toure, he would have been picture perfect. He's on another planet compared to the Real Madrid guy or the Wankerpool player.

Yaya is not better then Vieira so I dont see a need for him.
and I dont see him as holding mid either, he is just like Vieira position.

Vieira hasn't done shite for us mate. Even when he's been healthy, he's been pretty sub-par. I'd take Yaya easily over Vieira at this point in their careers. I'd take Diarra over him too. Hell, I'd take an inflatable dummy over Paddy.

Let's not talk about Sissoko though. His name alone being linked with Inter makes me wanna go on an Adriano-like drinking spree.

Thats ur opinion.

I wouldnt take any for Vieira and i think he is doing well for us, and is important too.
Even if Yaya can play like Patrick can, he cant give that leadership, and great winning mentality that Patrick always shows.

I just hope Maniche is given number 17. Who can remember the last player to ever wore that number and be somewhat of a regular (Coco and Beati doesn't count)? Moriero?

It's like we have retired that number for some strange reason.

When? Where?

Like him pushing away Miha at the end of the 4-3 derby last season, just because he played him for an extra 5 minutes?:yuck:

Like him insulting Matrix, " I wont sit at a dinner table with him" ?:joker:

Like playing 2 games for France when Inter advised him to play just 1, because he wasnt ready AND then getting INJURED for 3 freaking months.:frustrat:

Vieira has had some good performances but he has done more bad than good to Inter in these 18 months. You gotta be kidding me if you say leadership and winning mentality is what Vieira has contributed.

Start thinking about your alcohol mate! :drunk:
Mancini statement on Momo :

"Sissoko? He has great quality and is a player who has gained good experience at Valencia and Liverpool despite his young age. He will be important for whoever manages to get him."

LOL. Don't tell me that between Mascherano and Gerrard [unrealistic] we would choose Sissoko!...
