Well, it's only Suazo...we can now sign someone better (and sell Adriano or put him on bench)
Also, remember we won the Ibra + Crespo race over Milan last year

Not sure if it's been posted (not been on for a while) but according to 'Teletext' and some papers here in the UK. Tevez wants to come to Internazionale but West Ham (or whoever owns him) have put around a £30-45 million transfer fee on him.

It's old news. Tevez would like to come to Inter and Moratti is interested in him. Now I think the transfer is more likely since Inter missed Suazo. Moratti wants to wash his face and he makes a big transfer. :)

I would wait on Tevez at least until we secure our mid-field. Using a non-EU card when we need some reinforcement on other spots are too risky I think.

i hardly every post here, tho i do follow what u lot say ..
anyway, here is my thoughts ..

Suazo imo wud hav been good only if we sold adriano .. but as a replacement for Recoba that is not good thinking. Recoba was our only other option for the supporting forward role... it was Ibrahimovic or him (when he is fit) or we end up playin with two strikers and we lose our creativity and balance.

With Recoba going we wud hav had: 1 supporting forward and then 4 strikers. I dunno where u lot got the idea that Suazo can play in Ibra's position, he is a striker not a supporting forward, never was and never will be.

If we signed Suazo then selling Adriano wud hav been a must IMO. Now that Suazo is out of the way we can keep adriano and add a supporting forward. Names that come to mind .. obviously Tevez and then Quagliarella or even Pato. Oh and btw believe me neither Tevez nor Pato can play behind the front two, its not there type of game. Quagliarella, might be able to do so, but he wud offer goals and movement rather then assists, creativity and coordination.

Signing one of them 3 wud make alot more sense to me then Suazo. Simply coz we have 3 strikers .. Crespo and Cruz offer a decent reliable source of goals, then their is Adriano who can do what he did last year, or Improve .. he can't get any worse then that.

Deki, Maxwell,
Official: Suazo Joining Milan

Milan have sensationally confirmed that they have snatched Cagliari striker David Suazo from under the noses of neighbours Inter.

zoom - galleria The Honduran’s move to Inter was thought to be sealed until late yesterday when the Rossoneri were rumoured to have hijacked the deal.

The rumours turned into reality this morning.

"The Honduran attacker David Suazo will wear the Milan jersey next season," read a statement on the club’s website.

"His transfer from Cagliari into Rossonero was concluded after negotiations which took place last night."

Cagliari chief Massimo Cellino also confirmed: "I’ve signed a deal with Milan."

The player had already passed the Inter medical exams and had reached an agreement with Massimo Moratti's club last week so the news will come as a shock to many in Italian football.

Sauzo, who scored 14 goals for Cagliari last season, is thought to have cost £10 million.

After this astonishing move, it is surely unlikely that Milan will be signing Samuel Eto’o, who has confirmed his desire to remain at Barcelona.

Inter will no doubt be furious with the news that Suazo has opted for the Rossoneri and may now focus their attention on signing Carlos Tevez from West Ham

Bye bye suazo

It's always like this, we start negotiating for players like Carvalho, Veron (back when he was good) etc. and it takes us so long to close the deal, by that time the original team wants to sell since the negotiations started and another team takes the player.

This is exactly like Milan did with Nesta 5 years ago. We negotiate for a long time, only for another team to steal the player away. Although in the Nesta thing there was some backdoor illegal stuff, but I am sure had we offered them $5M more like they initially wanted, we would have gotten him.

What are you waiting for Moratti? Fire beavis and butthead pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.

Why dont you all calm down? Suazo is higly overrated in my opinion. He might be good enough for a midfield team like cagliari, but not the sort of striker we need. If we'd bought suazo, why did we have to sell martins? Suazo is a striker for counterattacks, and thats not really the type of game, inter wants to play as champion next season. Ironically, Galliani said the same a few months ago. Most of the readers here seem to have forgotten, that tomorrow is decision day for players in "comproprieta", like Qualgliarella..... Udiese is the owner of half of Quaglia and has already said, that he will be sold. So guess what... Moratti wouldnt have let suazo slip away, if he wouldn't have BIG talentet striker in his hands, that means Quaglia or Tevez. And if you ask me, id like this strikers better than Suazo....

Well it's quite obvious - while we tried to convince aquafresca to join Cellino's side we took too much time... And milan off course spitefull as they are gave a money offer which we would never consider to give (we wanted a part exchange deal, yes?), so Cellino which was against this from the start just took his chance ant f****d us up... I'm sorry about Suazo, but it's not that big of a blow for us!
