I will give couple of reasons...how about he is not included in the coach plans.
He aint gonna be part of the UCL squad.

Inter players are on very high wages which makes it hard to sell them. We can find buyers who would want the players but they won't offer the same salry so the player is unwilling to move.

That's why we usually loan them out.

If it was easy to just end an contract we wouldn't be paying mancini's wages every month while he sits at home waiting for real or chelsea to call.

Other teams do not overpay shit players in the first place so it is alot easier for them to get rid of them later on...
