Carvalho is quality. I'm not sure I want anyone else than him. Lucio is a good defender, but he has some strange hick-ups from time to time. Gallas would not be a good deal.

There is talk of taking back Andreolli as well. Vague rumours though.

Deco is one of most experienced player in Europe, he is player who can help us to win CL. with players like Deco we can fight for CL.

Carvalho is a done deal, at least for our management, meaning they are 100% in bringing him.

The problem is with Deco. I don't believe any of these roumors will happen.

Carvalho is a very good move. Getting him and Arna will bring us closer to ending this years mercato.

For me to be perfectly happy and done this year, I would need 2 more midfielders, box-to-box midfielder and offensive midfielder. Melo and Sneijder would be something at this point.

Just imagine this three in the midfield:

Motta ------------ Melo
------- Cambiasso -----

A fuckin dream(for our resources).

Even Ricky has to fuckin work with this set - up. With Sneijder able to play on the wing, or as offensive midfielder, we would be set for the whole year.

Unfortunetly, that double operation would cos us no less than 40 mln Euros, which I don't think is that much. There is no question that wiith the sales of Mancini/Vieira/Rivas/Burdisso/Obinna/Suazo it can be easily done, because it will all add up close to this sum.

We badly need carvalho to sort out our defence which hasnt been stable.If we can get deco cheap then thats fine,if not then we can look for other players.

Too much dreaming. It looks we won't get much over 20m€, and that includes we've managed to sell Mancini. Obinna can probably be sold but Suazo and Rivas are going on loan, Vieira won't bring us much money if anything (except salary). And Burdisso is a hard task.

Carvalho deal ain't done yet, but we probably will conclude it with 8-9m€. Lucio and Gallas are just total media crap.

Zaniti , Samuel, Cordoba, Chivue, Materazi, Figo, Viera, Stancko, Cresp, Cruz .... etc

Still no fucking result , and you are talking about experience.

We do not need experience , We need Quality, Talented and Young player, mixed with the huge experience that we have already.

I don't need another Figo which is Deco.

Well I counted sales of all of them. But even if we will be 20 mil short it's not a big amount. Last year MM splashed 80 mil, and with this years transfers that included our players and with it the amounts were lower, I think 20 mil is not something big.

I really think we need another box-to-box midfielder, unless Jose sees Deco as one, and thinks of playing him in 3 man midfield with 4-3-3 formation.

But if not, we have:

Stankovic, Motta, Muntari as central midfielders. I don't count Javier, cause I believe he is going back to deffense, but we can count him as a reserve. Then there is Krhin, but we can't count on him too much. I think we need one more box-to-box midfielder, and Melo would be perfect, but with him signing a contract that's not possible.

I guess we will have to wait for Hamsik for next year.

bout the Andreolli bit...Getting back Andreolli after jus a couple of seasons...our amazing transfer policy!
Wont surprise me if we want Aquafresca back in 2012/13....whom we shudnt hav sold in the first place IMO

our transfer policy is really starting to get depressing....for heaven's sake...isnt it awfully clear tht the likes of rivas,burdisso,vieira are defntly not good enough...and if guys like obinna and suazo (who IMO didn't play enough to call them bad players) aren't gonna play...we should sell them and not loan them...

we basically are ending up doing 2 things:

1) LOAN OUT THE DO CALLED DEAD WOOD AND OLDER PLAYERS (WITH LESS/NO FUTURE POTENTIAL)

2)SELL OUR BETTER YOUNG PLAYERS

its not that hard to sell players,i mean cmon how hard can it be?

If we cant sell some of them then just release them,its a solution as we will wont be paying 3-4 million salaries.

For example vieira have a salary of about 6 million I wouldnt hesitate to release him if i cannt really find a team to sell him

You cannot just release players for free...it costs money in order to do that. You want us to lose money by not selling them and then lose more money when we release them?
