It bugs me how a midfielder who struggles at simple passes like Kondogbia is safe to stay at the club, while creative ones like Kovacic and Banega are easily sold at the first opportunity.

Keep on downgrading the team.

I can't believe we are selling our most creative midfielder and argentine international for 9 million Euros.

Imagine losing him for free and then paying nine million to get him back

We got 40 mil for Kovatic. Not bad at all. You think he did enough to warrant that price tag?

The point he's trying to make is that we sell every midfielder that possesses an ounce of creativity and/or flair in favour of keeping this mindless chicken types

40m isn't worth losing a creative midfielder. We're not stacked with creative midfielders like other teams. What makes it worse is that we've wasted most of those 40m on a brainless midfielder like Kondogbia (thanks to Mancini's comprehension of midfielders). It's not like we've wisely used that money to buy a proper Kovacic replacement. If you could go back in time, you'd wish to stop that deal and have Kovacic today instead of Kondogbia.

Funny though that Banega himself seemed to be a good correction for that Kovacic mistake, but no, let's get rid of him too. Now Banega-Valero might not be as bad as Kovacic-Kondogbia, but it still goes along with Inter's typical vision in transfers.

Creative players do not survive in the Inter environment. It's a fact.

From Banega's agent

“Ever will 99 per cent go to Spain for a sum far inferior to the €13m that is doing the rounds in the media over the last few days,” representative Marcelo Simonian told Tuttomercatoweb this evening in Milan.

“An agreement has been reached.”

I miss enjoy :( at least when he copy/paste news, he put more effort to it...he made it look attractive to look at with various pics and stickers like in action packed marvel comic book.

Let's get Guarin back while we are at it.

Forza Inter, the home of brainless players.

- - - Updated - - -

9mil is the standard selling price for Inter. We sold Sneijder for nearly just as much, Eto'o was around such lowly figure as well.

There is a law of exponential depreciation in regards to players' age. As they get older, their market price decreases exponentially. This is especially the case for World class/Near to World class players, because their wage demand is high and is a burden to their new club.

This is why Sevilla is offering 10mil for Jovetic.

This law also states that this has a unidirectional application. What this means is that this only applies when we (Inter) are selling players. If we are buying? Di Maria? Nainggolan?

60mil please, thank you very much.

Bought Candreva for 22m, sells Banega for like 9m. Please someone tell me how is this logical?

Honestly, if Banega is a Lazio player right now, how much do think Lotito will sell him for?

Hhaa what the fuck.

How on Earth we're selling Banega for 9m€? It should be AT LEAST 15m€. And seriously, are we going to get a similar level of talent at the prime age in the market for less than 20m€?

people here are being a bit delusional. This isnt really how the transfer market works.

Look at like, Fernando Llorente, or Dani Alves. They both will be/left Juve on a free transfer - Llorente wa porbably worth an easy 20 mil still when he quit Juve.

With a free transfer, if you sell soon after they arrive, its generally for free still (You didnt pay shit for him, why should I if you want to get rid of him)

To be honest, 9 mil for Banega is a great deal. It's probably relatively unprevedented, a bosman transfer which didnt work out but still getting good money for.

This isnt football manager, people

Too bad Mancini wasn't here we could continue to hype up the theory that he wants any player who can pass out of the club.

I'm not pissed off about the price we're getting for Banega, I'm pissed off that we're letting go of a gifted playermaker that suffered through the season because the team/manager/game plans were pathetic.

Is selling Banega a try to avoid selling Perisic for FFP?
