At the end it was probably his word against juans, and they decide correctly imo. I still believe what juan heard was true, but when you don't have a third person to confirm it, which was the whole point of investigation, then it should all fall apart and rightfully so.

I won’t exactly welcome him back with open arms, as this entirely fall because of the lack of substantial enough evidence to convict him.
In reality he could still have said it, but when it’s word against word truth will likely never be known to the public. The biggest question is still how the players in our squad welcome him.
But he better keep that mouth of his shut for the rest of the season… not one word neither on or off the pitch it needs to stat permanently closed.
