As much i hope that we do well in CL, we are all aware that our priority is Seria A this year and we can't lose our focus from that.

Let's entertain ourselves and show our great football, everything else is a plus!

Not just this year. I read that every year around here and then people wonder why they don't take Inter seriously in the CL. This attitude needs to change. CL is not Coppa Italia.

These two games are likely to be tortures.

Don't care about the actual football, just the result. And unfortunately, they have more experience on that than us.

We're definitely a top 3 team in Europe as things stand, but that doesn't mean everyone else will just sit down and lose.

Even with our great form, this is a 50-50 tie. Atletico is one of the team I really wanted to avoid in the draw. They have experience, physicality & are less susceptible to Inter's counters than most teams

Really worried about this one
Inter are clear favorites here dude

We are probably the 4th best team left in CL.

We are still missing a big scalp in CL. I think we need to get that monkey off our back and this is a great opportunity to do it.

Beating Milan, Porto, and Benfica just doesn’t have the prestige. We haven’t beaten a real European elite team in a 2 leg tie since 2011. You could argue Atletico aren’t quite that at the moment either but they’re the closest thing to it since our tie with Liverpool.

If we want to be respected by casuals we need to start winning these match ups.
Then comes the question, who gives a fuck about casuals? We aren't doing this for the casuals.

Edit. But at the same time, you are right. We need to beat Atlético if we want to take the next step and cement our position in Europe. It's just that it's not the main objective this season.

With all the respect for atletico, we are the fave ones, we in the best form we can be, damn, we in the best form in eu imo, we play amazing and effecitve football this year, our defense is fucking great, we have great pair forwards, but our midfield is godly this season, honestly i think we will win both games, ofc it wont be easy play against cholo team, but we clearly the better team here...

Till this day you have people claiming Inter won it in 2010 due to Catenaccio.

In Serie A we have one of the best league campaigns in the history of Serie A and you have our rivals crying Marotta League.

People would rather find excuses to base their silly arguments than admit they were wrong. Give me the trophy and i won't give a fuck about what others think of Inter.

proud of this group, the best Inter we saw in years, 14 years if we want to be precise. Opponents will have difficult life against us, we are in top form in this moment. No matter how this game will end, scudetto reimains priority and this games are only bonus. But this team can compete for the CL. If we are in a good position, let's say +13 from Juve/Milan, we could focus more on CL. Meanwhile we need to beat Atletico before, let's see what happends. Interesting months are waiting for us...
In 2010 we we're nobodies. Inter started to taken seriously by competition after winning in London vs Chelsea. Comeback win 3-1 vs Barca at home is where the world saw this team will be favorites.

This year people are putting 3rd favorite odds on us already in group stages.

Wow, I have not seen FIF members this positive and ‘cocky’ since …. ? And I have been a member since 2007…

Yes we’re favorites on paper but the game will be played on the pitch over 2 legs against a quality and gritty team who won’t take us lightly.

We have every chance to advance but we have to do our part. The entire organization seems up for it, and they’re all saying the right things.

Btw, I haven’t seen Atleti much this season, but their midfield is still Koke and Saul??

Griezman gets rotation as he is not starting. He will sure will have to play in the second as Las Palmas is not an easy opponent this year.

The €50M more that Milan made last year than us through commercial revenue is what cares. I hate it too but we still want to grow the brand too.
