There's no chance Conte won't start Lukaku. Especially since he didn't play on Tuesday. But i am also expecting some changes. Definitely Ranocchia for De Vrij, Darmian for Hakimi and Gagliardini for Eriksen. Perhaps Young could also start on the left and there's Bastoni whose condition needs to be evaluated.

Ranocchia is good. His skill only little bit behind De Vrij.

It will be disastrous to rotate a lot in this match coz recently opponents have found out the nemesis to our tactics which is to defend and sit deep in low block and in numbers. I don't think conte will rest lukaku because he is very crucial to our tactics especially against deep lying opponents, he doesn't need it any, he played 2 matches in the international break and besides, strikers don't get easily like other positions.
I am very sceptical about playing ranocchia in the CCB role, in this time we will need the ball playing abilities of our CCB due to opponents tendency to sit back in low block and numbers, and rano lacks this ability. I will rather play skriniiar as CCB while dambrosio takes his place.
As for the midfield I will gladly bench brozo or eriksen for sensi.

Molecular tests for covid on bastoni, barella and sensi are all negative. I think now the only way they don't get a call up for this game is if inter decides to respect the five day protocol, but i think thats purely our decision now.
