10 years of FIFThat's exactly my feeling. They just never work together. They played a few times together and always we seemed unbalanced in midfield.
You need 2 defensive machines in midfield with great positioning to cover for Eriksen as he is a 2 in defensive phase. Sub in Vidal preferably (or Gags) and In think it will click. That and calm those folks the fuck down. Way too nervous which made Fiora look 3 times the team they are. We have a scary team, we just have to show it.
Some guy said that’s the worst half he’s seen us play at the Meazza hahahahahahaha pls honestly. It’s more of a case of Fiorentina are playing very good than us playing bad, we need to tighten up at the back but then again we’re playing at such a crazy tempo. I’d bring on Hakimi for Perisic and shift young to the left. And Skriniar for Kolarov.
Side note: Milenkovic is fantastic, he needs to calm down a but cos he’s driving his price too high right now haha

Of course people are shitting on Lautaro and Eriksen, they are both our most forward-thinking players and can do wonders with the ball. While it's true Lautaro has been horrible before the goal but that's what you get them trying to make things happen, same with Eriksen who will misplace a few passes in an attempt to make a picture perfect one, and we all know he sucks at tracking or defending but it's a trade off I'm willing, and most top clubs, should be able to afford/make with the other shitters on the pitch.

D'Ambrosio should never play there as he loses every physical battle.
Kolarov is good with the ball but his defending is not solid.
Bastoni is too slow in his decision making for that center spot.
If Skriniar is sold Inter will need two starting CBs.

I'm saying Bastoni is not ready to lead the defence yet. Then add two bench players to that and we have this fucking disaster of a defence. Honestly Fiorentina had I'd say 3 best goal scoring chances in the first half. Our goal scoring chance leaking isn't gone anywhere.
