He wasn't that bad but he ruined everything up with that stupid pass to Ljajic at the end. Regarding owning Sansone, I didn't see it that way. He had problems containing him and required the help of Medel to do it.

Also maybe Mancini ruined it by instructing them to take short corners when we really should be whipping the ball in first time. My point is, he isn't the only one at fault. I totally agree with you. I do think they must have practiced this kind of short corner before in training, but somehow Nagatomo and Ljajic just got the timing wrong. I think Nagatomo should take 70% of the blame as he had all the time and space to pass the ball, he was not under pressure at all. he should have waited for Ljajic to get back to onside space before passing the ball. Ljajic should take 30% of the blame as he was a bit slow to get back to onside position assuming they have this short corner plan.

Sorry but the corner is no one's fault but Nagatomo's, 100%. Nagatomo can see whether he just got into an onside position or not, he was only few meters away anyways. You cant blame Mancini, he is the boss, if he instructs something the players should do it, its a short corner after, it doesnt take Ronaldo and Messi to make a successful one.

I dont think he had a bad game anyway, but we have a better in his position that's what made people pissed.
