...it woul be a strong midfield with Poli, Sahin and Guarin + Alvarez and Couthino on midfield and wings, a lot of creativity player + strong young aggressiveness...

-Jan Vertonghen- think he`s one of best young defenders (about 10-15 m €)
-Davide Santon- we should never neither sell him (about 10 m €)
-Andrea Poli- we just have to buy him (about 5-10 m €)
-Nuri Sahin- great talent, as he didn`t get chance in Real he might leave (about 10-15 m €)
-Fredy Guarín- I think we`ll end up buying him, but yet to decide, if not Kucka can cover his place (about 11-12 m €)
-Ezequiel Lavezzi- well for me he`s not classic striker, more like Eto`o with Mourinho, but he`s a worker (about 20-25 m €)
-Paulo Dybala- great talent, strong link to us (about 5-10 m €)
...so it`s about 85 m € we need for something like this...
OUT:
-Walter Samuel- he`s one of best, but it`s word he want to go to England (about 5 m €)
-Cristian Chivu- please be sold

-Douglas Maicon- think he`s looking for way out (about 10 m €)
-Wesley Sneijder- think CR will fuck him so bad he`ll leave at summer (about 25 m €) think we are not capable for better deal
-Diego Milito- dont know about him, coul leave in some rich club like Anzhi or PSG (about 5-10 m €)
-Giampaolo Pazzini- I would trade + him for Lavezzi any time (about 10-15 m €) I hope
-Diego Forlan- I love him but he`time has passed, maybe leave to south America (about 2-5 m €) I hope
-Goran Pandev- probably not returning (about 5-10 m €)
-Cordoba, Lucio, Zanetti, Stankovic, Cambiaso- didn`t put them in the team but don`t think they will be sold, so they can be usefull until retire in rotation and to help youngsters to settle in
...so it`s about 75 m € we coul get, of course we could, but...
it would mean we nead some 10-20 m €, of course it depends on market but I think it`s not impossible and it`s quite realistic...I dont fantasize about some Cavani, Higuain...that are expencive and hard to get, I wouldn`t mind to get them, but quite likely not...
...most of them are under 25, only Cesar is above 30 but he`s a goalkeeper, coul last for couple more years
...oh yes, and for coach, I dont know, think Pep would be best because he love to play youngsters and he learn a lot from la masia, but not necessarily him...think we need a winner coach, not sacked one, because MM wont give him money for something like this, we need a coach with authority and carishma...yes that coach is likely to coast us 15-20 m € more, but to do this you got to start from bottom, a coach with vision...
