My favourite part from last nights Raw. Should've ended in the DQ though.

So i wont be bothering watching raw then, ill probably give NJPW a watch seeing how ive never seen it before. Looking forward to it. As far as i know Omega's the first gaijin to be in the main event of it

Even if you tune in half way through and catch the second half of the show (considering your time zone), it would be worth it. Yeah Omega is the first gaijin to headline it. If he (the foreigner) goes over, it would be a little bit of a departure from the way Japanese wrestling is usually booked. I'll be watching it live on NJPW World tonight with Japanese commentary and then will probably download the segments they will be airing later in the week over in the US with JR and Josh Barnett on commentary.

I'm actually still making my way through the G1 tournament. So many quality matches during that big event.

looking forward to it, loved Ibushi in the CWC and have never seen the young bucks before but ive heard fantastic things

also apparently DDP is the first member of the HOF, without a doubt the most deserving person apart from maybe Owen Hart.

Smackdown a much better show than Raw, once again.

Cody Rhodes wins his first match. Crowd was dead, which I think should be expected considering.

- - - Updated - - -

Adam Cole new ROH champ. Solid match between two solid talents.

Match of the year contender in the Jr. Heavyweight match. Outstanding.

Shibata-Goto snug as fuck. The event definitely went up 2 gears when the Jr Heavyweight match started.

Whats with ROH suddenly switching their title so often now, doesnt feel right for them

Anyway just started watching at Shibata/Goto, its nice watching such a different style thought the crowds are even quieter than a Corpus christi crowd

Kyle O'Reilly hasn't re-signed, which I guess is why he dropped it there.

The crowds are usually quiet (it's Japan), but when the blokes who are over get in to the high points of the match they light up.

Fuck me! What a match. People in the crowd are crying.

Fuck me that main event was fantastic, would love to see someone like Owens do that in a title defence. Also apparently Wrestlemania 34 is going to be in New Orleans, somewhere i have put down to study next year. Can see Bryan going in the HOF there

I hate that the past couple of years have been in the same number of cities...can literally count it on one hand. I would love to see something different like Montreal.

I missed the start due to internet issues so I missed the first few matches, but from what I saw, the intensity really kicks up a gear when the Juniors title is defended.

This English commentary is absolutely brutal...worse than Cole with Josh Matthews

I really liked when JR used to commentate for NJPW

LMAO at the foam table being exposed in the main event. Even WWE makes a better attempt with plywood tables or wooden (painted to look steel) ladders.

The brand split in WWE is night and day. Raw has become nearly as bad as WCW Circa 2000 (Over-exageration but still)... On the otherhand, Smackdown is Prime WWE. A HUGE contrast in quality.

I think Smackdown still can and will improve, but it's certainly the show I look forward to watching. It seems they're a bit more lenient on the scripting of promos on Smackdown. Either that, or the writers are writing better material for each character. You also get less of a feeling that things are done just to fill time, as they do on Raw.

On another note, I watched Bring It To The Table on the Network last night with Heyman and JBL. Biggest load of corporate, pro-WWE bullshit I've seen in a while. A slap in the face to fans. It was basically saying if you don't like the product, stop watching. As if it's that simple. The bottom line, however, is that one third of their audience has done exactly that over the last 10 years.
