Gazetta has been told by inter sources that it is family issues and nothing to do with the mercato.

According to dutch medias there are problems in his marriage, so therefore he asked the team for absence.

I don't think Man United fans understand what's going on. The Sneijder to United deal was possibly very much on earlier, but when Anzhi came around for Eto'o, Inter's situation changed. Inter needs money, but will get lots of it from selling Eto'o, which means that Sneijder will be even more difficult for United to buy. Still, given the financial problems of Inter, I'm afraid we cannot exclude Sneijder leaving. However, this will be when a club offer an insane amount of money for him, which United have not yet been willing to do.

As for you United fans always bringing up the unofficial talks Sneijder-United and some even suggesting wage demands are the only obstacles, I'd very much like to ask for a source on this. In fact, United would obviously contact Sneijder's representatives to get an impression of what kind of personal contract Sneijder would want if he moved, all this happening before United may engage in talks with Inter. Some of you United fans say that the deal is on or off simply due to the wage demands, bascially saying Inter and United have agreed or would not have any problems agreeing a transfer fee. I'm not so sure. In my mind, as long as we know absolutely nothing for sure, there may not even have been official talks between Inter and United, because United was put off by Sneijder's wage demands. As you fans yourself have said many times, and like we all know, United and Ferguson rarely spend much money on a 25+ year-old player, so what makes you think negotiations with Inter would be easy?

And how can you say Sneijder really wants to move to United when he appearently is not willing to reduce his wages?

1 September will be a sweet relief, but until then I exclude nothing, except Sneijder moving for peanuts. Inter will talk if there is a great offer (30 or more, at the absolutely very, very least I imagine, quite possibly a whole lot more), if not, Sneijder stays.

exactly! who said anything about wage demands? if that is the case then uefa will surely get a hold of this as doing these kinds of tactics is clearly tapping up a player. thats why ive saying the whole time unless it comes out in each of the concerning clubs' OFFICIAL WEBSITE. treat all media speculation with a pinch of salt.;)

how about the english media then reporting that wesley was spotted in Manchester Airport boarding a black bentley. shall we believe that too then?;) its all over the news here in england. david gill and wesley are currently locked up in talks finalizing the deal.. and that was reported by sky sports by the way..:D

Oh my Oh my, he is really training stupidy here, I am starting to believe that even Baloteli is smarter than you, he is Einstein compare with you.
Sneijder is from Holland, he plays for their national team, he is one of their best players, maybe the more relevant medias for you will be those from Azerbeidjan ...

Than you have this from the medias of his native country and you still troll with your stupid pathetic logic.

Dude, stop being retarded, please, with every other post you are redefining the word stupidity.

"Gazetta has been told by inter sources that it is family issues and nothing to do with the mercato." lool;) so we're believing reports from sources of sources now. so i'm guessing that this "source" has a super secret identity that we should not name in order to protect his safety right?:D as i said before unless i see it in any of the teams' official website. i take every media speculation about him with a pinch of salt. whether the reports of him staying, or reports of him being in manchester and working up a deal.;) it just doesn't bother me anymore. you should try doing it sometime to take some of that bitterness off your chest;)

You can enjoy this as much as you like and believe what you want but Untied wont get him. Ferguson and Gill both went more than 10 times public that there will be no deal since those unofficial talks that were long before Sneijder even mentioned them. Whats your argument? Its all lies.:palm: Its simple you cant afford him that's why players like Ronaldo and Beckham moved from Manchester.

As for 35 mil quid comment. Our management is mad and some bad shit is going on, unlike most here I'm aware of that so the fee is not surprising. If there was any deal it would have been done by now simple as that.

Keep feeding yourself with bs that's the only thing you can do in reality. See you in 10 days when the mercato ends will enjoy your comments then.

Sorry to add another United fan to the party, but I couldn't resist. What you said about Sneijder never saying he specifically wanted a move to United is categorically untrue. Last year he stated that if he was going to move anywhere it would be United, and in fact in the recent Interview with a dutch Journalist, he was asked 'But if Manchester United came in would you be interested' and he said 'yes of course, but Manchester United haven't come in officially

So get your facts right, and stop being in denial about Sneijder wanting the move, whatever happens Sneijder wants the move, Inter Milan are not as bigger club as United, Italian football used to be so strong, but what with all the drug scandals, and players leaving, it's beginning to flounder, and I'm sorry to tell you, Sneijder wants out. He's only not handed in a transfer request because he's respectful, but if he moves, it's United, City, Chelsea. NO CHANCE.

Really? Provide the exact quote and source. Stop spreading bullshit. And don't quote VDV or that Dutch journalist as a source because than ain't Sneijder.

As for the Manure comment your bigger my ass, that's why worlds best players play there and not in Spain or Italy. Your not even the best club traditionally in England that honor still belongs to Pool.:yao:

The same time it became a shitty thread.

The arrogance on some of these fans...at least as a big club we can defend ourselves. I feel for the likes of Everton who don't have much bargaining power...these holier than thou man U fans would walk all over them.

1. Sure thing if you cherish meaningless cups, you won one league title more and 2 CL trophy's less. Pool also has 2 more Uefa cups if are going to be picky. Whatever makes you happy, I guess it hurts. lol

2. Hows open to a move to United translates to I want play for United? I thought your from England so your understanding of the language shod be a bit better. Still waiting for a proper quote.

3. Fair point, we will see in a couple of years when the money stops because of the new rules how good will EPL be. Also I don't see any big names going to EPL unless its for Chelsea's or City's money. Enjoy while it lasts. Maybe we see Rooney in Real in a year or two, who knows? Seemed open to a move not long ago.:)

not as open as sneijder playing for man united though. :)

This is Wesley Sneijder thread so Sneijder discussion is back on. People discussing something else will be rewarded with an infraction.

I thought Cafe was very serious when he gave few infractions.. :p

There is a premier league thread to discuss which is the biggest club in England.

And also for someone saying Liverpool is bigger, you missed out FA cup count. Meh still thats for other thread..

You accuse people of being short-sighted, but you are so yourself when you claim Sneijder wants the move. There is nothing indicating that. You claiming he wants to move is as good a guess as me claiming he wants to stay.

You talk like it's self-evident that everyone wants to move to United, which is ludicrous. Have a bit of respect man. We won the Treble one year ago, you 12. We've won the league five times in a row, you've never done that.

Stop this crap, be respectful to Inter!

Seriously 'if Manchester United call then will you say yes immediately?' 'Yes but Manchester haven't called yet officially.' that's pretty clear cut, he clearly wants to play for United, god how in denial are you? You're the team that should be most worried by the fair play rules, not United, god is there anyone in more debt than Inter Milan?!

I thought you might give me a good argument, and make some insightful points, but no, oh well good try anyway!

OH MY GOD. I've never met a group of fans more in denial, you're worse than Citeh. Right direct quote from Sneijder interview:

READ- Interview: If Manchester United called would you say yes immediately? Sneijder: Yes, but Manchester hasn't called officially.
Interview: Unofficially? Sneijder: Unofficially, maybe.

Now can you stop saying there isn't evidence he wants the move. There clearly is.

What can we deduce from Sneijder's interview is that if Inter sells him, he wants to play for Man U, that's true. Not that "he wants to leave Inter to play for Man U", that's a huge difference, and you're retarded if you can't see it.
