Yeah, I thought certain players like Lobotka, Kvara and Elmas looked a lot better now that Mazzarri is at the helm. They knew what to do and I thought they were dangerous in attack, it's just that Acerbi, Darmian and Sommer were playing out of their minds yesterday.

Dumfries was nullified, Dimarco was a bit better but not by much, Mkhi and Hakan got outmarked a few times. Even when you think about it, Inter scored three real quality goals. At least the first two goals we probably won't see repeated this season

Elmas looked kind of threat in the beginning, but that's all. Kvara was pretty damn garbage. Their midfield was outclassed by ours, so there's not so much else to be said. Napoli's issue was NOT only the coach. Yes, Rudi Garcia is an incompetent coach but stop putting all the blame on him and ignore some other key factors like; Osimhen's lack of commitment towards the club, drop of form in some key players, lack of proper replacement in Kim's position and ect.

Napoli did well in the very beginning, but they never stood a chance tbh. Politano doing much better than Osimhen or Kvara shows how naive Napoli is these days.

You are of a "only victors write history" mindset, I don't think these players were as bad as you are making them seem. Napoli were playing a loooot better than Juve did against us.

It depends on team's objectives. Gobbi's aim was to escape undefeated, and anything more that comes is a bonus. I even said Napoli could be a bigger threat offensively but also it was always gonna be easier to create chances against Napoli than gobbi. I mean, I didn't mean to describe everything as black and white. It always depends on situation, team's status and everything else.

Ok, I get that.

I think Napoli will get their shit together and I'm more afraid of them than Juve when we play the second match. That being said, I feel Juve is still our main competitor for the title.

Had to lol when I saw he still had the same assistant only with short hair. This guys reminded me of some of the most comical coaching moment I’ve ever seen while they’ve been at Inter (water bottle, both giving the same tactical advice simultaneously, etc.). I think only Spaletti has been near to that level of comedy.

Good game by Napoli btw, but their defenders are just not good enough bar Di Lorenzo. Only thing being sad is that they try to build a scandal around a pretty clear win.
