I am still on the Witcher, bought the 3 together in the steam sale, shame I really like the games but just dont have time as an adult and/or desire to complete when there is so much more out there and other hobbies.

I agree with that; Witcher are awesome games but I am a very busy person so have yet to beat it. Same goes for Red Dead Redemption 2. Again great game, but haven't had the team to beat it yet.

Don't know about you, but I also like to complete 100% of these types of games if I can.

I also have about 2 hours of Red Dead Redemption 2 and never got around to it, or still haven't should I stay, I am the same as you, if you changed your name to Sawyer I'd feel like I actually posted your post.

Horzion Zero Dawn and ghost of Tushuima are light years better in every single aspect other than nostalgia

Anybody else getting Fifa 22? I have bought every Fifa for the past 16 years and more than likely will do so again. The career mode changes announced look pretty good and that is the only mode I ever play anyway.

I got selected to play the beta. Same shit. Just pick your fastest players, sit back and hold down triangle when you win the ball. Or do the stupid R1 dribble thing. Playing the beta has honestly made me not want to get it. Might wait for pes when it becomes free and see how that is

Yeah I'm not falling for that crap again, UT is one of the best game modes I've played in video games with how much content it has but the gameplay is always out of your control, as a competitor it sucks when I keep losing due to connection or worse scripting/DDA. I'm glad I achieved my goal of reaching elite multiple times and I hoped to get top200 in the world at least once but sadly didn't manage it.

Currently I've switched to MLB the show (thank you anime for making me interested in baseball) and I'm loving it so far.

Am playing that as well. First year I have been able to since they finally made it available to play on the Xbox. Almost done with my first season with the Braves. The realism it has is just top notch.

I loved ultimate team when it first started and was realistic. Now though, why the fuck would I want to play against some shite real life player on steroids with stats almost all 99 as some stupid concept card or whatever it is. Then you have Pele etc in play. So stupid IMO.

Haha nice I'm also playing it on Xbox because it was available on the gamepass, thought the developer would be EA but was glad to find out it's not. I'm not into baseball that much so I'm a literal noob in the game but it's so much fun. Started with March to October and now I'm playing Diamond Dynasty, completed the moments and awards first then tried Ranked Season, it's stupid how my record is like 4-7 and I face people who are 73-86 or something, guess the game isn't popular to the extent of having plenty people on different levels.

Especially when people have god squads since the start and you're amped to complete an 86 RB Portuguese player objective.

Yeah same i remember back in the day it was quite easy to be playing in the top league without Investing to much time as you could win games with decent normal players.
Feels like the last couple of games i played in UT the opponent always had a couple of legends and despite being shit at the game still beat me cause of said legends.

Side note it might also be that i m a lot worse now at fifa then i was in my mid 20s

Haha, yeah, I always criticise them for being kids with fuck all else to do and that's why they win, knowing that I used to be that guy. Sucks

Zelda BOTW is not my type of game, but I still like it. Ghost of Tsushima is a lot easier than BOTW and I think I'm gonna enjoy it more because of that (like Witcher 3), but as a game, BOTW gives many different opportunities how to attack, how to do puzzles and the sense of exploration is peak Zelda. Games like Genshin Impact already stole many game mechanics from BOTW and that's the most popular mobile game of 2020.

I'm gonna finish it in the next month and I admit I used a few walkthroughs here and there because I don't have time to invest in the game and figure everything out. It's clearly a 9.5/10 game, the only thing I'd change is less dungeons with more variety.

After 3 years I have finally managed to find Ciri. Proceeded to put a beating on the Wild Hunt in my clown costume looking armor. Talked to a buddie of mine and according to him I'm roughly 50% through the main story, further than I thought I was. Just 3 more years to go until I’m finished.
@wera do you know how long the DLC are?

Hearts of Stone - about 10 hours of gameplay, very story based quests, adds a little bit of land in the north-east of Novigrad area, I recommend playing this first, maybe even before ending the base game if you want a bit more exp and new abilities. The story is great and there are 2 hard(er) bosses, other than that a smooth cruise.

Blood & Wine is longer than Witcher 2  about 40 hours of gameplay, a whole new map and new monsters, the story is more 'basic' but it serves well. I'd play this after finishing the base-game, maybe even with a bit of a break before going in =) it's kinda a grand epilogue for Geralt and it works best played like that. It doesn't have a lot to do with the main story

I'd say you are at 70%-80% of the story, depends on how many side quests you finished. The end game is great for what it is and it is longer than you currently think. Anything else I say would be a spoiler.

Aight dude, much appreciated. If I’m already that far into the game I’ll complete a few side quests here and there, just to enjoy the journey for a little longer. I’ll also use a guide to find Witcher armor, as my current gear looks quite ridiculous.

According to my friend the game will get more difficult towards the end. I’m playing on normal and apart from the first few levels and maybe one or two bosses the game is quite easy, but there’ll be no harm done if I go for the special armor anyway.

Might be a good idea to squeeze in Hearts of Stone before completing the main story, as I usually move on to the next game after everything is resolved in the story. Of course I’ll still play Blood & Wine too, but I’ll take a break from The Witcher and come back later on.

Get your levels up, maybe even continue your story, because if you haven't finished most quests in W3, they will woop you in HoS at the first boss =) also there is still a lot in the main story, so you are still a bit far from the point of no return. Just get them levels up
