Australia's best defender currently. Not up to the level of Inter Milan but still a better 5th choice CB than Ranocchia.
Disappointed they didn't send Us Roger Martinez . This is the 2nd most WTF is this player ever. Rivas was the most wtf is this as not even his mom knew who he was
Incorrect. Lampre Choutos is easily the most wtf player we've had
Houssaine Kharja.

Australian defender Trent Sainsbury admits he was “shocked” by his deadline day move to Inter.
Having loaned Andrea Ranocchia to Hull City, the Nerazzurri needed a backup centre-back, and brought the 25-year-old from Jiangsu Suning until the end of the season.
“I didn’t expect to come back to Europe so soon,” Sainsbury admitted, speaking to the Chinese website 163.
“Especially to go and play at a high-level club like Inter, I was shocked.
“I always thought I’d go back to the Netherlands to prove my worth in Europe, but now I have to take advantage of a rare opportunity like Inter, I couldn’t refuse.
“It’s only a loan, but I can show my value. The competition is fierce, but if I play my best then I think I can stake my claim.
“I won’t go to Inter just to put it on my CV, I want to make a big impact. If I get a chance to play, it would be a beautiful thing.”

While Australians reacted with a sense of pride and shock at the move, the infamous pink pages of the Milan-based La Gazzetta Dello Sport expressed a different view on Wednesday morning when Inter's long search for defensive depth led them to a little-known Australian based in China.
His playing history was described as "not memorable" by the newspaper, which suggested Sainsbury struggled to cement a first-team spot during a two-year stint at lesser-known Dutch club PEC Zwolle. That analysis ignored a lengthy injury lay-off.
Another story in the same publication suggested he was fired from Jiangsu Suning by owner Zhang Jin Dong. However, that was refuted by his Australian agent, Tony Rallis, on Thursday.
"Jiangsu management said they were more than happy for Trent to stay because of his performances last year," Rallis said. "We are ecstatic that he's joined such a large institutional, marquee club and believe this education in Italian football is the Harvard of central defenders."
According to Rallis, Inter coach Stefano Pioli monitored Sainsbury for a month and scouted a number of matches. Sainsbury only agreed to the move after Ranocchia was moved on to Hull in order to improve his chances of first-team football.
"We thought it as a wonderful opportunity for Trent," Rallis said. "The club showed its intent, the coach [Pioli] sanctioned the move. Our understanding is he scouted Trent and believed he could help Inter Milan."
He was signed because of EU spots or some shit. He never trained with the squad or anything
this education in Italian football is the Harvard of central defenders
It worked wonders for Ranocchia
First Australian in Inter's history ✔
