Sell:
Emre
Recoba
Cruz
Pasquale
Davids

Buy:
Samuel
Chivu
Cassano

-------------------Toldo------------------

--JZanetti--Cordoba--Samuel--Chivu--

-----Stankovic--Cambiasso-Veron--------

-----Martins-----Adriano------Cassano----

This would be fcking awesome. With Stankovic, Cambiasso, Veron all controlling the center midfield as they all are known to do, Capitano and Chivu working the wings and a striker force of Adriano, Cassano and Martins that would make any defense sh!t their fcking pants.

Nice dream, but alas I truly can't see us signing Cassano, Samuel, and Chivu. That would solve all oru problems and what are the chances of that happening so well? 0 to none IMO. But you can always dream of course.

BTW, is it true he is an Inter fan? Do you have any source?

Yeah, tht's wht I heard long time back as well .... :proud:

;)

:confused2: Are you sure? Personally I think he isn't, but something tells me it has something to do with his supposed mentor Eugenio Fascetti, & his funky tradition of selling his best talents to Inter (example. Ventola) and everyone were quite surprised when Roma launched such a huge 20 million bid.

In any event, the latest rumors seem to include,

Walter Samuel
Solari
Chivu
Mancini
Cassano
Pizarro
Luisao

"MoH’s very early transfer window mini-analysis"

Samuel
Actual Talent: - 4/5
Possible Talent: - 5/5
Current Form: - 2/5
Inter players beware: - Materazzi, Burdisso, Gamarra and Mihajlovic (Not bad, especially since I have a suspicious feeling we might not see some of them next season)
MoH’s ramblings: - Good Centre back, but the fee Real paid and his embarrassing form last season is a worry for me personally, especially since there are cheaper alternatives. I don’t like it, don’t like it one bit, but I would be pretty stupid if I said he doesn’t add something special to the Inter backline (Remember what I said about Davids) 2/5
Funkiness Rating: - 13/20 (65%)

Solari
Actual Talent: - 4/5
Possible Talent: - 4/5
Current Form: - 5/5
Inter players beware: - Coco, Favalli, Emre, Kily, Stankovic, Recoba and Van der Meyde. ( I doubt he’ll face this much competition…I can’t tell you how much I’ll miss Recoba though)
MoH’s ramblings: - I’m beginning to like Solari, and yes it does have something to do with him being an ex-Atletico Madrid player, contrary to what some fans think he’s quite professional (But I do question his loyalty sometimes) Not only did he have three great season in a row, but they all happened as a Substitute. 4/5
Funkiness Rating: - 17/20 (85%)

Chivu
Actual Talent: - 4/5
Possible Talent: - 5/5
Current Form: - 3/5
Inter players beware: - Materazzi, Burdisso, Gamarra, Mihajlovic, Coco and Favalli (Same reason again)
MoH’s ramblings: - Chivu as a Centre back would be fine, I don’t mind, but as a Left Back? He even said it himself, “I’m a Centre back that can play at Left Back” So why would he want to leave Rome (Especially since we have to pay quite a fee) and play the lad in a position he doesn’t enjoy (Apparently you have to blame Romania’s manager for coming up with the idea of turning him into a left back) 2/5
Funkiness Rating: - 14/20 (70%)

Mancini
Actual Talent: - 3/5
Possible Talent: - 5/5
Current Form: - 3/5
Inter players beware: - Coco, Favalli, Emre, Kily, Stankovic, Recoba and Van der Meyde (BLAH, BLAH…I’m officially removing this section, ******* worthless)
MoH’s ramblings: - Not happy with my Current form Rating? Well let’s be honest people, he’s not in the same league with you know who, but the whole of Rome (Roma + Lazio) had awful seasons, and he has been played out of positions on a few occasions. Let’s not forget the fact he had more assists than any other player in the league back in (2003/04) His arrival could be considered a gamble, especially with the fee the club are willing to spend. 4/5
Funkiness Rating: - 15/20 (75%)

Cassano
Actual Talent: - 4/5
Possible Talent: - 5/5
Current Form: - 3/5
MoH’s ramblings: - Trust me; he’s going places, World Club glory? Or to the nearest Anger Management centre? Hard to decide, but as Serie A fans we knew all along the kid had talent (It took Euro 2004 for the rest of the world to catch on, and he showed talent as a playmaker, remember that game where he had a hatrick of assists?) But lately there seems to be a trend of having talented youngsters with anger issues (Rooney, Cassano, Mido etc) you would think the world has gone mad, but thank god we got Martins and I think we oughta be thankful. 2/5
Funkiness Rating: - 14/20 (70%)

Pizarro
Actual Talent: - 3/5
Possible Talent: - 5/5
Current Form: - 4/5
MoH’s ramblings: - Veron had a great season (Hehe, just as I expected) But things don’t look that bright, Chelsea are probably playing hardball. & it seems to me the management are searching for alternatives, and sensibly Pizarro is the leading candidate. He might not have Veron’s lethal shots (That’s personally a bit of a worry for me) but he’s got a lot more tricks up his sleeve, hopefully Inter will be the right environment for him to explode into the world wide scene. (We should only get him if Veron leaves, we can't have both) 5/5
Funkiness Rating: - 17/20 (85%)

Luisao
Actual Talent: - 3/5
Possible Talent: - 5/5
Current Form: - 5/5
MoH’s ramblings: - A bit of a mystery in Europe, even yours truly isn’t really sure how good the lad is going to be. Had a disappointing debut season, but that just seemed to be a blessing and now he’s regarded as one of the best centre backs in Portugal. But we have to keep an open mind here! So he’s considered the best centre back in Portugal & is now a regular with the NT, can he perform the same magic in an Inter shirt? So how do I rate him? If I can be crazy and suggest he’s a Cordoba clone but without the pace and jump ability…Oh yeah he’s taller as well. 4/5
Funkiness Rating: - 17/20 (85%)

it seems all of u want Toldo nxt season ........ why?

he has a indifferent season ..... improving slightly towards d end

but u shd recall it was similar last season 2 and we gave him another season only 2 be disappointed

Toldo is 34 now and high time 2 replace him

Agree we need 2 CD, 1 LB ,1 LW but also a goalie

lets get Frey ........ he has been in serie a long enough and wld be available for 3-3.5

i beleive Mancio wants Sereni

So Toldo had an indifferent season. Every player is allowed one of those in their career surely?! But to want him out or replace him for next season would be crazy IMHO. He's had an average defense in front of him this season. We are desperate for a big strong centre-back to partner Cordoba and a reliable left-back.

If however we decide to bring in a 'keeper, I'd like to test Real Madrid's resolve with a bid for Iker Cassilas. This guy is already one of the best in the world IMO and has bailed out Real on so many occasions over the apst couple of seasons. Apparently he's yet to sign an improved contract at Real...

There aren't many left-backs of quality available at the moment, but I'd like to see Aiser Del Horno of Athletic Bilbao at Inter if Chelsea sign Kahka Kaladze from Milan, which is the reported move.

A creative midfielder is required if we cannot sign Veron for next season, so how about Thomas Risicky? Had a dissapointing season in a disappointing team (Broussia Dortmund) and could surely be tempted by a move to Seria A.

So, I'm suggesting Iker Cassilas, Del Horno and Rosicky. The latter two would be ideal IMHO, but what do the rest of you think?

Discuss.

Iker Casillias is a gem, I am willing to pay $50M for him.

Del Horno? I am always suspicious of Spaniards playing in Serie A, it's like oil and water, just don't mix. But he is still young, and can adapt quicker. However, his defence is suspect.

Rosicky? Great, but is way too small for Serie A, he will be butchered around like Emre.

Agreed Rosicky is small, believe he's 5'10 tall and 10.5 stone. He would seriously need to bulk up and put on another couple of stone. But he is a very creative player. Don't believe Pizzaro is any different weight wise but think he's a few inches shorter.

:D Again with stones! I thought someone was joking earlier, but I was told it's an actual weighing method they use in the UK.

But I think Rosicky will go either to La Liga or EPL.

no 4-3-3 and no cassano. he is great but not for us.. we got ADRIANO AND OBA!!!! and no one of them isnt winger so its so stupid to put them there!!!!!!and its so stupid to have 3 young talented players on same position. and if we wanna to play 4-3-3 then play eit 2 strikers and one genius behind him!
that 4-3-3 with cassano left sucx! i would never play like that....
