And what do you think about Bouma or Heitinga? They both relative young and are internationals and they will not cost extremely much money. Bouma is 26 and Heitinga is 21.

I really like Heitinga. He is a superb player with lots of potential in him, he will be Holland's new defensive lynchpin and I think we should try everything to sign him.

As for Bouma he is more of a left back than a CB, but yes he is a good player, although I prefer Evra for that role.

Two transfers which caught my eye today from Calcio Mercato -

1)Benfica have stated they haven't negotiated with Robinho and they haven't got him coming in January,this news has apparently alerted us and Roma.We are now in a race to get him along with Chelsea!

Comment - He is a magnificent player!

2)Manchester United are also in a fight with us - this time over the services of Real Madrid 'keeper Iker Casillas.One of the clubs is ready to pay up to 20 millions Euros!

Comment - I would like to have him at our club, but only if Toldo leaves (hopefully not) and the price is smaller!
