I don't make a list since I haven't seen it for long enough. Though, one of the top players in my list would be Gilardino and Toni. Gilardino's 2 previous seasons were amazing and Toni's 31-goals is almost impossible to achieve nowadays. And basically guy has scored around 75 goals adding his goals from his 2 last seasons with Palermo. (Serie A and B)

Toni over the player who right now in Serie A leads goals with I think 140-ish? I'm referring to Ricky Chiesa.

Baggio, Batistuta, van Basten & Ronaldo.....light years ahead of the rest, especially the first three who were consistently good for a number of years.

Ronaldo?

Sure, he kicks @ss in 97/98 but that was it. The rest of the times were spent either in some bloody Rio carnival or on sickbed.

So to pick him as one of the best for the last 15 years is ridiculous. Even Cristiano Lucarelli has done more than him in Serie A.

Han, thats why I said the first especially, I don't care what anyone says, with no bias and complete impartiality, Batistuta, van Basten & Baggio are the three greatest footballers to have ever played, Maradona & Pele don't compare.

about Ronaldo, I hate him with a passion, but when he played in the Serie A, there never was and never will be anyone better than he was at that time. Sure he was out 99% of the time, my point is when he played, he was incredible, only disappointment was that his goal scoring tally should've been 40+ in 97/98.

I can't belive someone can think Bierhoff is one of the best 10 Serie A strikers in the last 15 years, he had one good season and in the rest of his reign he's been very average, I'd rather put Lucarelli ,Toni or Hubner in my list.

WHERE THE HELL IS ZAMORANO!!! I read, Inzaghi, Montella, Balbo and Bierhoff!!! and no BAM BAM!!!!

if you guys noticed, only 2 players named outside seria A Makaay and Messi, Funny!!! :D

It's amazing what Bias can do! some people don't have Ronaldo in their top 10 and some rated Inzaghi, Montella better than Ronaldo!

Ronaldo
Van Basten
Baggio
Batistuta
Cantona
Romario
Weah
Henry
Stoichkov
Zamorano

Now, rating a player is VERY subjective, I can have 1000 people every one having a different list and none would agree. still the best way to rate a player is by his achievements. 3 times World Player of the year, 2 Golden Ball awards, 8 goals in 1 world cup and the best world cup goalscorer ever. None of the strikers in those lists even come close. Not to mention, that when he was at his best none of these strikers even come close... anyways, I will probably get a lot of opposite opinions, from (once loving, now hating Fatboy) kinda fans.

Many players don't even deserve to be in the top 25 strikers. I mean, Common, Inzaghi, Montella, Toni, Vialli, Chiesa, Mancini, Signori, Delvecchio, seems like a total italian bias. also Bierhoff, Balbo... very average players if you ask me... many of you forgot players like Stoichkov, Rudi Voller, Papin, Cantona, Klinsman, Zamorano, Suker, for players like Bieroff and Delvecchio, very wierd if you ask me...

here's my continuation of the list:

Papin
Laudrup
Suker
Shevchenko
Klinsman
Roger Milla
Vieri
Rudi Voller
Crespo
Shearer

Raul
Ravanelli
Inzaghi
Trezeguet
Larsson
