He'd trade it all in a heartbeat for my thick head of hair though.

Like a new signing.

Glad I guess if he eats up a Club Trained position.

Having the 3rd GK a club-trained one is a must for us. It doesn't matter how shit he is, we never need to play him and he fills a quota.

So, good job team!

Who says he's third, if we let Carrizo go, who gets the No 2 spot?

bardi wanted to leave as his career stuck and why would you make di gennaro eating bench when he can gain experience somewhere else on loan?

just get free transfer gk for backup:

brad jones (ex australia national team gk)
de sanctis (ex italy national team gk, nation tied)
victor valdes (ex spanish national team gk)
robert green (ex england national team gk)
marco amelia (ex italy national team gk,nation tied)
lindegaard (ex denmark national team gk)
jan lastuvka (ex czech national team gk)
walter bressan (nation tied)
eiji kawashima (japanese national team gk)
ivan kelava (ex udinese, ex croatia u21 gk)
nathan coe (ex inter primavera, ex australia national team gk)

they only play less than 5 games a season so any of them should be sufficient as our second goalkeeper
carizzo does not have a big shoe to fill anyway

Di Gennaro for sure, he is also CT and we must respect the rules, Bardi is very close to another loan at Frosinone, before he go, we will renew his contact!

So apparently he isn't club trained :chan:

Did some research after vito's post in the EL thread and it looks like he was here for three seasons between the age of 15-21 but he must have missed out on being club trained by a couple of weeks at most. With this in mind I don't see why we replaced Castellazzi with him or why he's even at the club.

I am still not sure about this though. He was here from 1998-2001.

1998-99: 15 years old
1999-00: 16 years old
2000-01: 17 years old

He was registered for us 3 seasons in a row starting when he was 15 years old, so that means he should be club-trained.

I actually edited my post while you posted with the same info. It's weird though, he must've missed out on it by a small amount of time.

I guess we must be really hesitant to give a space to any CT GKs out there.

Because the day you REALLY DO need a 2nd keeper, you _REALLY DO_ need a 2nd keeper, and not a part timer.
Look at Begovic for Chelsea in 2015.

Perhaps Berni is both CT/AT, but we already have selected four CT players on the squad list so we denoted Berni as AT?

Nah because you don't need 4 AT and 4 CT, you just need 8 total and at least 4 must be CT. So we could list 5 CT and 3 AT. Could have been just a typo by Inter?
