I went from laughing my head off to depressed in like 3 seconds. So sad how far we have fallen. I know Taider has quite a fan base here but to me he's rather meh... like a Cauet not the sort of player, good all rounder but exceptional at nothing. If we can trade him for a better player why not. I would trade him for Behrami for example. Not Xhaka.

I would Ince on the back burner personally. A so-so player, why all the fuss?

And the year after we desperatly needed an attacker -> Pazzini :pazzini:

pazzini, who actually was awesome for us when we first got him.and then got forgotten with the arrival of a new coach.

Mm. Pazzini was bought also because Milito was having a truly atrocious season. Truth be told, Milito only had 2 good seasons out of 5 for us. Either way, Pazzini was a gun in 2010/11. With an in-form Eto'o and sometimes-in-form Maicon and Sneijder, dude had something like 11 goals in the 2nd half of the season. Then as we all know, we had that merry go round with fucking Gasperini and fucking Ranieri, this coincided with his own lack of form and Milito scoring all the time again. Next thing you know he's outta here. Shame how Pazzini's inter career ended up. He was by no means a 'star' of any kind but I always liked watching the guy play.

Anyway, regarding Ince.. Personally I wouldn't mind because he's free and we have little to lose. That being said, unless he somehow impresses Mazzarri in training and instantly explodes in his 5 minutes per game, I can't see him receiving much playing time. Consider that we're also apparently in the market for at least one new striker (Torres or Chicharito. Dear God, it's like choosing between getting slapped on the right cheek or left cheek). On a side note, I wouldn't be surprised if Palacio sucks next season. He's been exhausted since December for Christ's sake, and now he's going straight to the world cup too.

This TBH......... there is a reason I would rather take Osvaldo.... it means we cant get Torres or Chicharito which would make me so happy.. Like I said earlier I think Ince played us to bring more suitors for him. If he wanted Inter he would have signed already. On Pazzini I will never forget that 3 2 comeback I think it was against Palermo.

It's like what Jesus always said. When someone hits you, always turn to the other cheek.

Sky Tom Ince says he wants to remain in the PL "After lengthy discussions with my family, I have decided that my immediate future in the game lies in the Premier League."

Meh. Disapointing that no British or Irish players ever have the balls to try their luck in europe.

They get paid too much in PL so they don't try their luck outside UK. Also English players are not worth or good enough for foreign clubs to sign them.

Either way he would have come here as the fourth striker, but what makes it clear is that Inter isn't a tarfet for some players to try their luck... I would die fo being able to play for this team... but not everyone is

From his point of view it was the right decision.
The chance that he would fail at Inter was probably <90% - and we all know how bad Inter is at developing younger players.

But one thing is clear: he used Inter to push his own price

I agree with the first point, but I think moves abroad could actually suit a large number of players, namely more technical ones who aren't as appreciated. Certainly Alan Hutton (Scotland RB) had a much better time of it when in La Liga for Mallorca after not getting a game for aston villa. Tony Watt of Celtic has been playing great in belgium on loan, up untill he fell out with the manager.

Sad that those are the only two examples I can think of. Even less english players move abroad.
