I see a fine coming ISA
I would have taken a fine, in fact a hefty one if one would have told me that we were about to do such thing but the outcome would be to get rid of Moggi and anything / anyone related to that sob.
So again, big up to who ever that instigated it all…

The only thing Inter did wrong was not follow the proper procedure. The proper thing would have been to coplain to Figc or the league about de santis and let them investigate. But that wasn't an option at the time since all of those we could have complained to were caught up in calciopoli.

An analogy I would make in this case is for a shopkeeper who shot a robber in the head. It was an illegal act but it was an act of self-defense and thus he should be accused for it.

Normally, tapping someone's phone is an illegal act but since we are so much prejudiced by the referees for years, we were only taking measures to protect our interest from the illegal powerplays and thus, we should be excused from it.

Besides, even if they judge us guilty, please do tell me how the f*ck does spying on De Santis have any effect on our results on the pitch?

But well, this is Italy, land of the Juves, Ladri, Gobbi and Milan. It would be least surprising to see our Scudetto revoked and probably Milan getting a +8 to make up for the 'mistake' of judgment that the Calciopoli judge handed to them. And hey, for all we know, Juve can be back in Serie A by January or something.

I still can't believe this $hit that I'm reading. So we should be punished because several members of the board of directors of Telecom Italia are related to us but there was absolutely no furore when Adriano Galliani, AC Milan's Vice-President, was the chairman of the f*cking Lega Calcio itself?

This is beyond madness. This is like trying to shove $hit down our mouth and forcing us to accept that it's foei gras.

I agree. It's insane.

However, I read that FIGC are opening an investigation on Inter tapping Vieri's phone. What on Earth do they have to do with that? That's a case between Inter and Vieri. Are FIGC actually pondering this and, if they find Inter gulity, reprimand Inter for it?

I guess its an Italian life style.

It seems they can't have enough of those scandals. Actually some people make their living by bringing those stories through the media. :D

He's the same man Moggi locked for few hours in the dressing rooms after JuBe's defeat against Reggina few season ago. :D

So what is the deal with this whole issue seems like it is being blown a little out of proportion but what are the Italian media reporting? Any news on the front guys?

I still cant believe Paparesta is back what a joke the FIGC is nothing has and nothing will change in the corruption that is Italian football.

Seems like the media took a shit in their own pants. Haven't heard anything about Inter's "wrongdoing" for some time now.

Juventus confident of positive appeal verdict

ROME, Oct 11 (Reuters) - Juventus chairman Giovanni Cobolli Gigli said on Wednesday he was confident the club would have a match-fixing sentence reduced on appeal.

'We expect a substantial reduction of the penalty,' Gigli told reporters after a two-hour appeals hearing at Italy's sports governing body CONI.

In July a sports tribunal stripped Juventus of their last two Serie A titles, sent them down to the second division Serie B, and gave them a 17 points penalty - something Gigli said could be eased if not entirely annulled.

Juventus, whose former general manager Luciano Moggi was at the centre of the scandal, have complained they have been punished much more severely than the four other clubs implicated.

Juve were the only team of the five involved in the affair to be relegated from the top flight. AC Milan began the Serie A season with an eight-point penalty, Fiorentina began on minus 19 points with Lazio on minus 11. Reggina, the fifth top flight team embroiled in the scandal, were docked 15 points.

'The annulment of 17 penalty points? That's just a hope,' Gigli was quoted as saying on the website of Gazzetta dello Sport newspaper.

A decision is expected by Thursday at the latest.

Seriously fellas, In this league...expect the very worst.

Since a week ago I have been preparing myself for the worst. That said I will still be pissed off when we hear the outcome for Gobbi!
The initial penalty reduction only verified that the league is a joke. Further reduction will only make those people look like a fool and ultimately make the fans less interested in their amateurish and corrupt federation.

Since the first verdict was announced people related to those filthy zebras and their players have been saying that we want to be treated as fair as the others and were moaning about why their punishment was heavier than the rest! Someone should smack them around a bit and tell them that could that perhaps be because the whole system was suited so that it benefited their shitty team!?

I need to stop in here before my blood pressure goes up!

These penalties are only symbolical now.

But seriously, what about us? Haven't read anything in a long time. Suppose they didn't find anything?

I'm just wondering if they do get their points back, will they then appeal again in order to get rewards? Extra points for all, and a premature championship for Milan?

Oh I can't deci
Milan wants last season's scudetto and Vieri is going to file a complaint claming we should be stripped because of ethical reasons.
