Yep, huge X-Files fan too. I'll watch the second episode tonight; it seems FOX released them both in 2 consecutive days.
I actually like the whole twist on the abductions. They brought modern day "realism" to it, without getting into spoilers. As opposed to you, Kazaan, i thought Mulder was his usual self and Scully the one who felt very weird. Gillian's aged... not very 'gracefully', i don't know how to put it, and so has her acting. The whole time on screen she felt as Hannibal's psychologist, not the Dana Scully I'm used to. Skinner was the same. You-know-who at the end the same.
It'll be very interesting as it develops, for sure. With this arc of sorts, they could go on longer than just a single season, assuming they'll still do paranormal episodes to go with their traditional lore.
Just found out that they gonna air the 2 season of Wayward Pines(I'm a bit late with the discovery lel) after first suggestions that they will cancel it after just after an awesome 1st season with a great performance from Matt Dillon.:slick:Those who didn't seen it yet,I recommend you do...
anyway...decided that I will star watching Narcos, saw 2 epis...I kind of like it...I like the narration and the guys voice.Very powerful and mesmerizing voice...sticking with it just for that...lel,I'm weird
I liked Homeland throughout, not sure why so many people disliked its seasons apart from season 1. What I didn't like a lot about it is that I feel like the characters are a bit too emotionally unstable, something that surely would make them not the proper people for intelligence agencies. But yeah, in general I liked it, I like spy shit.Season 3 of Homeland has been pretty good so far. I like when they stick more to the CIA storylines. They have also more effectively weaved the personal stuff in for this season to strengthen the main story.
